5 Which has more value ? Degree nomenclature is immaterial Diplomas from IIMs fetch higher than mediocre University Degrees
6 Which will improve my job prospects ? Employers look for skills.. A diploma holder with better knowledge, skills and attitude will get preference
7 Pay package comparison ? Degree or diploma will let you in the interview board Your compensation will depend upon your contribution to the organisation
8 So, which one should I do ? Consider fees, time to study, location and mode of study Ultimately, your success will depend upon what you learn and how much you can apply on the job.
