 Facilitated and scheduled all aspects of multiple events inclusive of contract negotiations with hotels and vendors, managing meeting
space, scheduling event staff, transportation, and food/beverage.
 Project managed corporate technology road shows in all regions of the United States and Canada consulting with stakeholders and
implementing these events from planning and sourcing to organizing and executing approximately 4 per month to ensure all conference
goals, objectives, and strategies were met.
 Strategically and logistically project managed 50 tradeshows throughout North America and Canada working collaboratively with internal
departments to deliver strategically executed trade shows that align closely to product, department, and corporate business goals in
terms of lead generation, business development, public relations, and visibility. Participated in design & determination of new exhibit
properties ranging in size from 10’x10’ to 80’x80’; and managed employee schedules, booth promotions, and product demo stations.
 Established successful relationships with large event management services companies working with them to negotiate contract pricing on
registration and housing.
 Responsible for event budgets of $700k annually; projecting, managing, and ensuring expenses remained within budget.
 Managed large room blocks to mitigate attrition expense liability resulting in savings of thousands of dollars.
 Oversaw highly successful migration of a large conference registration system requiring a complete redesign and modernization to the
digital interface while simultaneously simplifying the experience to make the whole process more intuitive. Created and managed a
seamless, easy-to-use pre-event and onsite registration experience for employees, customers, and partners.
 Produced, managed, and maintained conference reports for executive management.
 Created registration video tutorials designed to improve attendee experience and impressions ensuring an intuitive experience.
 Ensured corporate branding guidelines were implemented across all event marketing programs.
 Liaised with audience generation team to create successful digital marketing campaigns.
