registration and housing.
Responsible for event budgets of $700k annually; projecting, managing, and ensuring expenses remained within budget.
Managed large room blocks to mitigate attrition expense liability resulting in savings of thousands of dollars.
Oversaw highly successful migration of a large conference registration system requiring a complete redesign and modernization to the
digital interface while simultaneously simplifying the experience to make the whole process more intuitive. Created and managed a
seamless, easy-to-use pre-event and onsite registration experience for employees, customers, and partners.
