Identify your audience
• Who is your target audience?
• How can you advocate what your business is doing to
a wide range of audience?
• Where is audience?
Develop a strong value proposition.
• How will your company stand out among the competition?
• Do you provide an innovative service, new product or a new twist
on an old product?
• Establishing exactly what your business offers and why it’s better
than competitors is the beginning of a strong value proposition.
• The process consists of three stages:
1.Identifying customer benefits.
2.Linking these benefits to mechanisms for delivering value.
3. Mapping the basis for differentiation or market play.
Understand the Risks and Rewards
• The key to being successful is taking calculated risks to help
your business grow.
• A good question to ask is "What's the downside?" If you can
answer this question, then you know what the worst-case
scenario is.
• This knowledge will allow you to take the kinds of calculated
risks that can generate tremendous rewards for your business.
Organization is Key
• To be successful in business you need to be organized.
• Organization will help you complete tasks and stay on top
of things to be done.
• Time management: try to set group deadlines for the
business, so you all can successfully achieve your business
goals.
Be Creative
• Always be looking for ways to improve your business
and to make it stand out from the competition.
• Build business maps and platforms to reach your end
goals.
