What it does
LinKus System helps Capture, Analyse and Visualize industrial process
data to produce an action.
With the data, it is possible to orchestrate actions and detect imbalances
at any stage and take further corrective measures.
The data allows a full audit and troubleshooting of the process for any
equipment performance history for corrective actions.
What it needs
LinKus System needs customer site Programmable Logic Controller-PLC
data that interacts with industrial equipment on one side and
management systems such as ERP on the other side.

It is generally a plug-n-play operation with rare instances of a
technician site visit.
No need to make a code extension within the PLC or to program new
code blocks.

7. LinKus -AllFactor Integration
How it works
 This integration framework governs the data and process flow within a
production system
 Tasks / jobs from the source system, i.e. customer ERP are executed by
AllFactor System
 Jobs are then handed over to the assigned workstations / machines
through the PLC controller with necessary recipe instructions by the
LinKus System / Terminals
 At the same time, the process data are computed and recorded in
order to draw conclusions about each of the recipes
 Early-alert algorithms can address issues before the process
malfunctions
