Operations Manager
∙ Responsible for the operations and maintenance for 92 buildings totaling 4.5 million square feet of County
owned and leased properties. Buildings included fire stations, police command centers, multi-service centers,
clinics and courts.
∙ Directed and managed 63 personnel including performance and disciplinary reviews
∙ Coordinated third party vendor installation at various facilities to ensure compliance with the contracted
terms and preservation of the facility assets.
∙ Monitored performances and efficiencies to reduce costs
∙ Performed analysis of current operations and vendors and implemented changes to cut costs of operations
∙ Acted as liaison between the department and outsides offices such as commissioner’s court, county judges
and other elected officials
∙ Implemented Breeze Software system for the county by entering all data associated with each building
including square footage, cleaning schedules, and employees assigned to each building. Then, performed
analysis of equipment needs to reduce the labor costs for the County.

∙ Performed research to ensure that we had implemented the best practices.
∙ Performed forecasting to ensure that additional buildings were merged into the workload without incident and
forecasted their capital needs and ongoing budgets.
