What are some every day rules we need to
follow?

What if we did not have rules?
Create a fictional town that has no rules.
Think of one rule that this town does not follow and think of what could
happen if everyone did not follow the rule.
Could this be good or bad?
Let’s think about how to create fair
rules.
How do you want me to treat you?
How do you want to treat one another?
How do you think I want to be treated?
How should we treat one another when there's a conflict?
Consequences of breaking
the rules
First time: Warning.
Second time: Student loses a point
Third time: Isolation from class/team. (student loses a point)
Fourth time: Call home to parents. (student loses a point)
Fifth time: Removal from KP Scholars Program
What about the following rules during your time on
the whiteboard with your tutors. Do these seem like
Rules that are Fair?
No interfering with the teaching and learning of others.
Respect personal space, rights and property of others.
Follow directions of all your tutors and mentors.
Come to class prepared and on time. (attendance)
