● We will be tracking data on how much assistance from staff clients are
needing.
○ Are clients able to return to society successfully?
■ 1- do they have a stable place to live
■ 2- do they have stable employment ( granted they have the ability to
work)
■ 3- positive community participation ( ex. volunteer, mentor, etc..)
3. Political factors that may affect TRR: Bureaucracy, Corruption level, Freedom of
the press, Tariffs, Trade control, Education Law, Employment law.
Technological factors that may affect TRR: production techniques, information
and communication resources, production, logistics, marketing, and e-commerce
technologies
Social factors that may affect TRR: Acceptance of internet commerce, Advertising
preferences, Age distribution, Buying habits, Comfort with technology, Customer
service expectations, Disposable income levels., Education level.
Economic factors that could affect TRR: Interest Rate, Tax Rate, Inflation, Labor,
Demand / Supply, Wages, Law and Policies.
4. ● Establish a sense of belonging for everyone
○ Each person needs to have a sense of belonging this will make sure that they have a
connection. This will help to increase engagement and creativity within the workplace.
● Empathetic leadership is key
○ Diversity and Inclusion must be displayed by each and every employee to help bring the value
and make others see how they should be acting
● A top-down approach isn’t enough
○ Making sure that each and every employee understands their role. Everyone must be able to
identify differences in experience, values and organization so that changes can be made that
are relevant.
● Maximize joy and connection, minimize fear
○ Identifying change cohorts within the organization outside of the executive or management level
will help to put healthy habits into place.
● Forget ‘fit’ and focus on helping individuals thrive
○ Taking a look at the systems and processes within the organization will help to reveal trouble
spots, then look at a way to readapt theses areas.
5. ● Modern Organizational Theory
● Ranch hands are responsible for care of animals and facility. They will also overlook any volunteers.
● Program director will oversee the program.
● Community Relations Manager will manage the community needs and assess what needs to be done to have healthy relations with the community.
● Marketing manager will be responsible for marketing of TRR.
● HR responds to any discrepancies within the the workplace, pay and finances.
6. Line-Item Budget
● Mortgage cost per year: roughly about $50,000 per year for a 200 acre ranch.
● Utility, gas, water etc. cost per year: roughly $20,000 per year.
● Animal care: roughly $40,000 per year.
● Animal supplies: roughly $25,000 per year.
● Staffing cost: roughly $300,000 per year.
● Insurance cost: roughly $4,000 per year.
● Animal training cost: roughly $15,000 per year.
● Miscellaneous costs: roughly $45,000
Budget total: $500,000 yearly
7. We will be keeping data on each client and animal that they work with. We will be tracking to make
sure that the clients are able to maintain their emotional regulation, and time management skills.
We will be keeping track of the amount of growth in each client by measuring if they have a job,
place to live, and can function appropriately within the community.
We will need to document
● Rate of growth for each client.
○ Emotional regulation
○ Time management
○ Rate of growth in clients
○ Rate of growth in animals
8. To properly evaluate the program we will need to establish clear outcomes, Create and or modify data tools
and systems, then analyse all data, use tracked data to establish decisions.
Employees will be evaluated every 3 months on the following Job knowledge, work quality, attendance and
punctuality, productivity, communication and listening skills, and dependability.
Outcome measures will be based on clients ability to hold a job, interact with others appropriately, have a
place to live, and being able to control their emotions.
9. Therapy Rehabilitation Ranch will better the lives of individuals and give back to the
community by introducing ex cons, and juveniles back into society at a rate that makes
them successful. This will also cut back the repeat offenders as the program is there
to help these individuals regulate their emotions, teach them life skills, teach them to
work morally and responsibly. This program will not only benefit the community but
many individuals and families as well.
