place and relax. Take deep breaths and physically calm
down your body, thoughts, and feelings.
Therefore, patience is important not only for
your development, but also in terms of your
interactions with your classmates, teachers, family, and
friends. Be patient. Be calm.

J.K. Rowling: How She Handled Rejections
Do you know Harry Potter? Do you know the name of the
writer behind the Harry Potter books? J.K. or Joanne Kathleen
Rowling is only one of the many persons in the world who
experienced failures, rejections, and defeats but never gave up.
J.K. Rowling was poor, divorced, and was raising a child on
her own when she wrote the first book of the Harry Potter
on a manual typewriter. Her manuscript was rejected twelve
times by book publishers. Finally, a publisher agreed to publish
her book but advised her to get a regular job because there is
no money in children's books.
Today, her books are not only bestsellers but have also
been made into blockbuster movies.
