During the past several years, I have observed Ms. Dyson in a variety of venues. As a project
manager, she is creative and efficient. As a supervisor, or team leader, Ms. Dyson was always
motivating and encouraging, while holding each person accountable. She was consistent in
checking up to ensure that projects and tasks were completed on time.
During staff meetings, she was quick to suggest new ideas and efficient short cuts for savings in
both money and human resources. Her workday was never based on the clock. I have been aware
of her long hours, at home and in her office, to bring a project in on time.
Ms. Dyson brings a lot to the table. Management skills, a creative mind, loyalty, and a most
