I am a talented management professional with experience in overseeing multiple
projects simultaneously along with building and equipment maintenance. My extensive
skills, leadership and expertise would be a great asset to any team of professionals.
I am highly organized and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously in deadline driven
and fast-paced environments. I am proficient in preparing and submitting bids while
building trust with clients and in turn increasing revenue.
I have worked closely with clients and sub-contractors to ensure the timely completion
of several projects over the years. I have also trained many people in the 23 years I have
been working in the construction industry including monthly and on site training. As a
Construction Coordinator/Manager it was my job to make sure every aspect of the job
was done correctly, on time and within budget. I have also mentored new
superintendents on the inner workings of the company to ensure their success on the
job.
For the last 10 years I have worked closely with the president of our non-profit group
the “Spina Bifida Family Network” which is a network of families that have a child with
Spina Bifida. We as a team have raised enough money for things like scholarships,
parent education seminars, annual picnic, Madison Mallards games, and pizza and
games at Rockies Pizzeria. These events are all free to the families so there is no
financial burden.
