Laurie LeMay was a key member of my management team and a person on whom I
could always rely to get the job done.
Cadec experienced a significant growth phase during the past several years and Laurie
was instrumental in the recruitment of many of my management team and other key
personnel throughout the company.
During this same time period, Cadec underwent a cultural change in how we work
together internally and externally with our many customers and partners. Laurie
assisted with the success of that shift by orchestrating team building exercises, training,
and policy updates to our company employee handbook. Laurie was well respected
among the management team because of her strong work ethic and high integrity.
Laurie was also willing to assist with any additional projects that needed a helping hand
by working with many different groups. Her positive attitude and willingness to take on
any challenge will surely be missed by me and the organization.
