1. KEO International Consultants
Civil Eng. - Infrastructure October 2013 – Present
 Akoya By Damac Project: The Akoya by Damac is a prestigious mixed used
development (mainly residential) consisting of 845 villas (3,867,640 m2
) in Dubai. KEO-
infra scope was the preparation of the infrastructure master plan, coordination with
relevant authorities & stakeholders & detailed design of all utilities.
 Activities and responsibilities include the following:
 Support the design team during the concept design stage in analyzing and evaluating the
gathered information pertaining to the different infrastructure utilities and assist in
utilizing these information in the appropriate manner.
 Following up & obtaining the No Objection Certificates (NOC) and approvals from the
concerned authorities and providing the required input to the design team pertaining to the
regulations, standards, and procedures set by the different authorities.
 Coordination between the project manager and the concerned authorities & utility
provider to collect their No Objection Certificates (NOC) and approvals for all the
projects handled by the authority. (DM, Armed Forces, Civil Defense, RTA, DEWA,
TECOM, Etisalat, DU, etc.)
 Assisting in Storm water, Sewerage and potable water modeling, analysis, and network
design, sizing pipes, locating manholes, sizing inlets, storm water & wastewater profiles
using Bently StormCAD, SewerCAD and WaterCAD software’s.
2. NATIONAL PROJECTS & CONSTRUCTION ( NPC)

 Activities and responsibilities include the following:
 Supervising all activities related to sewer, Storm water and Potable water networks such
as:
- Reading and discussing drawings and implemented them in the site
- Pipelaying. (Formation, Geo Textile, Bidding)

GRADUATION PROJECT
 The main objective was to analyze and design a multi-story building using ACI 318M-08
(American Concrete Institute 2008) and ASCE 7-10 (American Society of Civil Engineers
2010) codes. The project had been initially divided into two phases, the first of which
included complete structural analysis. The second phase encompassed the structural
design along with its detailing, including the design of typical floor slabs, superstructure
elements, and a mat foundation supported on piles
