Development.

Growth:-A Quantitative & unidirectional improvement.
It can be measured.
Example:*Human being:-As a infant gain in size ,height & Weight
with time. This is a Growth because It is in physical
form. We can see it.
*Organization:-Growth can refer to its expansion, Sale,
Market Share & economy etc.
*Nation:-Building,Highways,Hospitals,Bridge, College
& Transportation facilities emergence are called
Growth of the Area.

Development:-A
qualitative
multidimensional
Improvement that lead to comparative maturity.
Generally It can not be measured.
Example:*Human being:- With the growth of an infant. His/Her
activity like understanding,response & expression
increased day by day. We can not measure it but feel it.
It is Development
*Organization:-Development refer to the enhancement
in Technical Skill,Behavioral Change, Decisionmaking, Better interpersonal relation,respect for
all,Mutual Loyalty,Attachment with organization etc.

socialist, Rate of crime & disputes are decreasing time
by time. Patience & Helping nature of people
increasing. Overall Happiness increasing. This change
will be called development.

Growth :* Growth is quantitative.

body organs like ,hands & Face etc.
* Growth is for limited period. Growth does not continue
throughout life, it stops when maturity has been
attained.

limited scope.

*Growth without Development*
If a residential area comprise good human living
facility(like Transportation,Mall,Hospital,club & School
etc.).But residents have no interpersonal relation with
each other. They live in society as unknown person.
Seldom take part in social activities.
*Growth With Development *
In reverse of above example,If residents have good
relations with each other & help others in need. Education
level & Standard are increasing. Emotional & social
participation are increasing. Proper use of Resources.

*Development without Growth *
If,an organization's employees are not growing in term of
finance & facilities.but,organization's culture is
good,Employee are happy,No dispute,Overall Soft &
Multi skills level is increasing. They produced as per
required level,Product quality is good,Expanses is under
control.It is Development without growth.
* Development with Growth *
A Doctor,Who has good knowledge of their profession &
behave well with their patients. She/He is not money
minded. She/He believes in service of humanity
Definitely, Her/His Development will lead to growth.

3.Sad :-Depression,hopeless,regret etc.
4.Scared:-Fear,nervous,horror & Hesitation etc.
