Union Minister Piyush Goyal today said the Coal India Ltd (CIL) has set a coal production target of one billion tonne. "The target
before the Coal Ministry and CIL is very challenging. The aim is to attain one billion tonne of coal production," the Union Minister
of State for Coal and Power (independent charge) said at Korba district headquarters. Power shortage level in the country has
come down to 2.1 percent from 4.2 percent, he said. Goyal took part in a series of programmes in Korba as part of a month-long
'Vikas Parv' being observed to mark NDA government completing two years in the office.
Technical Outlook : After a strong up move stock entered into consolidation phase, recently stock is forming bull set up in recent
days. From past 3 consecutive session stock is showing sigh of strength. It is sustaining above its 21 day short and 100 day mid
term moving average. Momentum oscillator RSI is also operating above its average line. So one can initiate long position in the
range of 313 to 311 with SL of 309 and target at 318.

Competition Commission of India (CCI) reportedly cleared private equity major Blackstone's multi-billion dollar deal to buy stake
in MphasiS from the promoters of the company. In April this year, Blackstone had entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA)
to acquire from the promoters of MphasiS up to 12.71 crore shares representing 60.17% stake in MphasiS at Rs 430 per share.
Blackstone has also announced an open offer to the public equity shareholders of MphasiS to acquire up to 5.49 crore shares,
representing 26% stake at Rs 457.54 per share, aggregating to total consideration of Rs 2513.18 crore as per the regulation after
entering into the SPA. Blackstone is a global alternative asset manager and provider of financial advisory services.
Technical Outlook : Stock is forming Higher High & Higher Low pattern which signifies inherent strength of bulls and it creates
bullish set up at first glance. Stock is operating above its all short to long term moving average, it shows all time frame traders
chasing stock’s movement. Volume has risen and momentum oscillator RSI has moves above its average line. So one can buy in
the range of 546 to 543 with SL of 540 and for the target of 555.
The market is likely to trade with caution on Wednesday ahead of Brexit vote tomorrow. The SGX Niifty indicates a tepid start on
Dalal Street. The 30-share BSE Sensex fell 54.14 points to 26812.78 and the 50-share NSE Nifty declined 18.60 points to 8219.90
while the BSE Midcap and Smallcap indices outperformed, up 0.12 percent & 0.36 percent, respectively. Expert expects the
market to be rangebound till the Britain's referendum on June 23 that will decide whether UK to stay in European Union or leave.
The government's reforms drive is set to continue. A mega cabinet meet is set to consider the new textile policy and the
upcoming spectrum auction today. The new textile policy is aimed at increasing production and productivity of textile sector,
generating more employment, bringing down the cost of production, penetrating into newer markets, introducing more value
added products and also focusing both on exports and domestic markets.
US stocks rose on Tuesday, led by gains in technology shares as Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen was optimistic about the
economy and played down the risk of a recession, while concern over the upcoming British referendum remained subdued.
Yellen, however, warned that the British vote on Thursday on whether to stay in the European Union, alongside a US hiring
slowdown, posed risks to the economic outlook. The British pound earlier brushed USD 1.48 to hit its highest level in nearly six
months versus the US dollar, as markets continued to price in the momentum toward a vote to remain in the EU. As part of its
biannual monetary policy report, the Fed warned US stock market valuations are "well above" their median over the past 30
years.
