Engineering firm ABB has successfully commissioned 5 substations to integrate 648 MW solar project at Kamuthi in Tamil Nadu to
the national transmission grid. The project was awarded by independent power producer Adani Group in 2015 and completed on
schedule, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on June 13, 2016. The company said that, the solar
photovoltaic project - made up of five plants in a single location — is the largest of its kind in the world. The 360 MW from the
solar project is currently grid-connected, and at full capacity this facility will account for nearly 10 per cent of the country's
current solar potential of around seven gigawatts (GW), it added.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has been trading with its horizontal support line which is placed at 1200 level, which
indicates for expected bounce back in next few trading session. Moreover, stock has been trading above its 50 day moving
average which is placed at 1177 level, which shows that near term trend is up. A momentum indicator RSI reading is at 44.71
level and about to make positive crossover, which point out for positive breath in the stock. So for trading perspective, one could
Buy in the range of 1206-1211 for Target of 1236 with SL of 1194.

Fears about Brexit has taken the centre stage across global markets today. Two polls over the weekend conducted by Opinium
indicated a 10-point lead for the "leave" vote for United Kingdom, which goes into a referendum on June 23 to decide whether
the country remains a part of European Union. Tata Motors-owned Jaguar Land Rover is based in the UK and the luxury car unit
has been the main driver of revenues and profitability of the Indian carmaker. If Brexit happens then Tata Motors, which earns
most of its revenues in pound may get impacted as UK currency may depreciate by 10-15 per cent.
Technical Outlook : On hourly chart, stock has given negative breakout of its upward rising channel with above average volume,
which indicates for further downside movement can be seen in next trading secession. Moreover, stock formed Bearish belt hold
pattern on top, which is a bearish reversal candlestick and indicates for downside movement. A momentum indicator RSI reading
is at 58.87 level with negative crossover and besides we have observed a negative divergence on RSI, which point out for negative
breath in the stock. So for trading perspective, one could Sell in the range of 444-447 for Target of 435 with SL of 451.50.
The Fed begins its two-day meeting Tuesday as worries about a Brexit seep deeper into market psyche. Fed watchers do not
expect any action from the Federal Open Market Committee, but the central bank could tweak its view on the economy or make
changes to its interest rate forecast, when it releases its statement and economic forecasts Wednesday afternoon. US economic
reports Tuesday include the important May retail sales report, expected to to show sales up 0.3 percent, and import prices, both
at 8:30 a.m. EDT. Business inventories are released at 10 a.m. and NFIB small business sentiment is out at 6 a.m. Less than two
weeks ago, Fed watchers had seen a chance for a rate hike at this meeting, but the 38,000 nonfarm payrolls in the May jobs
report were about 100,000 below some of the lowest forecasts.
Though Nifty showed resilience amidst weak global cues recovering 50 points from day's lows yesterday it will be crucial to hold
8000 level on Tuesday. Analysts say negative global cues and domestic macro data may impact sentiment today. Cues to watch
out will be the two-day US Fed meeting that begins today. Analysts are not expecting any action from the Federal Open Market
Committee, but the central bank could tweak its view on the economy or make changes to its interest rate forecast, when it
releases its statement and economic forecasts. Yesterday, equity benchmarks crashed more than 1 percent intraday following
selling pressure in global peers and poor industrial output data but showed some recovery in last hour of trade led by Reliance
Industries and Infosys. Indices fell for third consecutive session, weighed by banking & financials, telecom and infra stocks.
