Reliance Communications Ltd has informed BSE that ICRA Limited has upgraded its outlook to Stable from negative on the Long
Term rating BBB+ of the Company. It has also reaffirmed rating of A2+ for Short-Term Fund Based / Non Fund Based Limits and
Commercial Papers of the Company.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has been trading with strong support of 46.50 level since last many days, which indicates
for upside movement can be seen in next few trading session. Moreover, stock has been hovering around its 21 day moving
average, which might give cushion to form upside movement. A momentum indicator RSI reading is at 43.45 level with positive
crossover, which point out for positive breath in the stock. So for trading perspective, one could Buy in the range of 47.00-47.50
for Target of 50 with SL of 45.75

KEC International Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of Press Release dated June 22, 2016 titled ''''KEC International wins orders of
Rs. 1036 Crore. It is one of the largest Power Transmission EPC companies in the world. KEC has made an indelible mark on the
world map by constantly and consistently re-engineering itself to retain its position of leadership in the areas of quality,
technology, capacity and capability. KEC is in the business of manufacture of transmission towers and erection and laying of
power transmission lines on an EPC basis.
Technical Outlook: On daily chart, stock has been trading near to its horizontal support line which is placed at 134 level, from
where bounce back is expected. Moreover, stock has been trading with its strong support of 132.20 level since last many days,
which shows that near to short term trend is up. An hourly momentum indicator RSI reading is at 36 level with negative
crossover, however RSI reading is near to its oversold zone, which points out for bounce back move. So for trading perspective,
one could Buy in the range of 132.90-133.90 for Target of 137 with SL of 131.50
Indian market is likely to be in a wait and watch mode ahead of the EU referendum Thursday. UK will vote to determine the
future of Britain within the 28-member European Union. The Nifty’s support is seen around 8,050-8,100 while resistance is likely
around 2016 high of 8273. Yesterday, the market attempted to rebound from the day's lows ending with slim losses. The 30-share
BSE Sensex fell 47.13 points to 26765.65 and the 50-share NSE Nifty declined 16.20 points to 8203.70. The broader markets were
also weak as the BSE Midcap slipped 0.12 percent and Smallcap down 0.6 percent. A poll released Wednesday from TNS indicated
support for "leave" holding over "remain," Reuters reported.
Wall Street is battening down the hatches as Britons head to the polls Thursday to vote on whether to leave or remain in the
European Union. Ahead of an uncertain result — and an uncertain reaction in global markets — US stocks will likely stay in a tight
range. "People are going to try to speculate as to what the outcomes are going to be, but I think most people are going to be
sitting on the sidelines until it happens," said John Bredemus, vice president at Allianz Investment Management. The outcome is
not expected until late Thursday ET, well after the US market close. But investors have been preparing for a potential shock
Friday. Jeffrey Gundlach, chief executive officer at DoubleLine Capital, said Wednesday his firm is considering selling its position in
European equities early Friday on a Bremain vote that keeps Britain in the European Union, according to Reuters.
