The country’s third largest two-wheeler company TVS Motor has secured a patent for an invention relating to an air-injection
system operative during deceleration of an automobile engine. The air-injection system, capable of reducing exhaust emission, is
meant to provide the benefit of improved fuel economy by reducing fuel supply during deceleration. TVS Motor had filed an
application for patent for the invention titled An air-injection system operative during deceleration of an automobile engine in
2008. The first examination report (FER) was issued in 2014 and a hearing was offered to the company in April 2016.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has witnessed good bounce back with healthy volume after giving sharp downside move
for more then 40-50 points. Even stock took support of 280 level, a level which acted as strong support in past as well. Besides,
stock has been trading above its 100 day moving average which is placed at 272.75 level, which shows that short to medium term
trend is up. A momentum indicator RSI reading is at 43.99 level and about to make positive crossover, which point out for
positive breath in the stock. So for trading perspective, one could Buy in the range of 300-302 for the Target of 309 with the SL of
296.50.

Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd had informed that the Company had initiated operation of Ammonia and Urea plants at
reduced capacity due to acute water shortage in Dakshina Kannada district and Mangalore city with the depletion of reservoir
level at Thumbe and delayed pre-monsoon showers. Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has now informed BSE that, In view of
non-availability of water, the urea production is stopped from May 7, 2016 and the production will resume once the water is
available
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has formed long leg of lower shadow candlestick which is a continuation pattern of
current trend. Moreover, stock has given close below its 100 day moving average which is placed at 44.98 level, which shows that
short to medium term trend is down. A momentum indicator RSI reading is at 45.18 level with negative crossover, which point
out for negative breath in the stock. So for trading perspective, one could Sell in the range of 43-44 for the Target of 40 with the
SL of 45.50.
US stocks rebounded from early losses to close higher on Friday as investors viewed the day's jobs data as less disappointing than
first thought. Materials, industrials and discretionary shares were among the day's biggest gainers, with the S&P materials index
up 0.8 percent and gold gaining for the day. In the Labor Department report, nonfarm payrolls increased less than economists
expected, and April's job gains were the smallest since September. But the report also had some upbeat news, with both average
hourly earnings and the average work week rising, and analysts said the overall slowdown in hiring may temper expectations for
US interest rate hikes.
Nifty likely to open flat on back of mixed global cues and with the market indicator SGX Nifty trading 24 points down at around
7881 at the time of writing this article. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq closed in positive territory on the back of a rally in health-care
stocks, while the Dow ended lower, Asia too trades mixed, with the Japanese Nikkei leading gains, ahead of Chinese inflation data
due later today. However back home, the market witnesses the biggest rally on Monday, in nearly a month. Sensex surged over
450 points Nifty inches closer towards 7,900 led by buying in bank stocks.
