1. Celebration of ‘Joy of Giving Week’ (27 th Sep. to 2 nd Oct. 2010) By The H.B.Kapadia New High School Memnagar, Ahmedabad. Primary English Medium

2. Dada – Dadis of ‘Jeevan Sandhya’ old age home were invited to our school.

3. Day 1 – They were given an opportunity to express themselves.

4. Day 2 – They explained us about how to take care of our parents and never forget their sacrifices.

5. Day 3 – Apart from the subjects of our school we learnt the values of the life.

6. Day 4 – We got their love and felt that they are our own grandparents.

7. We taught them the melody of Rajkapoor ‘Jeena isi ka naam hai…’ which they will be performing on 25 th October in the annual function.

8. Day 5 – We honoured all the Dada-Dadis with a token of love and memory.

9. Everybody took an oath to never forget their parents, take care of them in future and be with them till the end of their journey of life.

10. They thanked us for giving them an opportunity to express themselves.

11. In the context of giving we got their blessings!!!!

12. We experienced the joy one gets inside of giving.

13. We shall always remember the values given by you.
