DSS Volunteers, conducted a nation wide ration distribution drive
On the occasion of World Food Day, Dera Sacha Sauda Volunteers, conducted a nation wide ration
distribution drive to make sure the message is given to the masse about fighting hunger & malnutrition,
collectively.
Understanding the needs of lacs of marginalised forced to go, hungry for days, Rev. Guru Ji has initiated
various measures for these children, of lesser God.
Towards this goal, Food banks, Clothes Banks etc. are established in every Block (district/city), which are duly
refilled by the volunteers.
On a particular day, distribution is conducted, across the Block after having identified the needy families.
Households are identified by conducting survey by the volunteers, to make sure, supplies are provided to
genuine families and accordingly those families are provided monthly supplies, with due respect and dignity and
month on month their needs are duly fulfilled.
9. An Organic Range of Food Items

marginalised families
Efforts are also initiated by Dera Sacha Sauda Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, to
tackle adulteration of food, by launching an organic range of food items, right from grocery,
milk products, pickles, cookies, shampoo, oils etc.
The raw material is sourced directly from farmers, making sure they grow products using
organic methods and makes sure, the products are of best quality.
Care is also taken to provide organic and unadulterated products at reasonable cost,
benefitting both the farmers and consumers, by eliminating middlemen.
