 I am a very honest,aggressive,humble, innovative, solution oriented and ethical diploma
clinical medicine graduate currently ongoing with a high end health management program
to boost my professional performance by feeding it with an all round optics in
comprehensive care.I have a reputable wealth of experience drawn from competent delivery
in clinical care,research and management which makes me a well grounded dynamic
trailblazer in health oriented assignments.
What did you like least about your last job?
 None that I can remember ,all have been fine and indeed in challenging moments we
teamworked and brainstormed for formidable solutions.
When were you most satisfied in your job?
 Always satisfied especially when my client ended satisfied and indeed knowing I fulfilled my
core objectives or even surpassed them.
What ideal project would you like to work on?
 Clinical research especially on contemporary topics that lays ground for providing lasting
solutions to emerging health challenges that confirms a threat to ever growing African
population with high poverty levels. ( SDG 3 focus)
Why are you leaving your present job? If any
 I have achieved my intended objectives to perfect conclusion and now need to step out for a
new calling true to shakespearean wisdom that" all the world is a stage and all the men and
women merely players having their exits and entrances .One man in his time plays many
parts and he who doesn’t advance ,recedes.

I am so fair and in most cases fight for decisions that have equitable outcomes to end users without
fear nor favor and as such makes me a proponent of foes and friends in equal measures knowing the
dichotomy of justice .

BEHAVIOURAL INTERVIEW QUESTIONS
What was the last project you led ,and what was the its outcome?
 Rheumatoid arthritis Research with focus on determinants and predictors of disease
response.It exposed huge gaps between healthworker treatment and patient adherence/
compliance thus the information gained helped drive changes in decisions that shapes best
outcomes in holistic patient care thus improved care outcomes to both players.
Give me an example of a time that you felt you went above and beyond the call of duty at
work.
 2022 during covid 19 I was working on a department with immunocompromised clients who
were a easy target to the threats of the virus and as well had a newborn baby in custody
who indeed needed my close care so I was torn between making a drastic move to help
protect the lives of the vulnerable in my care department as well felt a threat to my beloved
one and for the first time felt like giving up the job to pursue parenting but rather stayed
true to my oath and served my client to a state where I was detained in a college for
quarantine and treated like lesser being despite the sacrifices knowing too well this was a
occupational hazard when was confirmed virus positive. This memory is haunting but I felt I
did beyond and I didn’t deserve the treatment meted on me for my good job.
Have you ever been on a team where someone was not pulling their own weight? How did you
handle it?
 I believe on people management skills and as such ability to coexist and work with anyone
irrespective of their shortcomings is critically a gem and that has been my biggest strength
so ofcourse I get many such but I have always found an amicable solution through a
negotiated understanding between us ending up great teamworkers and seeing the vision to
reality.
Describe how you would handle a situation if you were required to finish multiple tasks by the end
of the day,and there was no conceivable way that you could finish them.
 I will prioritise the tasks in terms of importance and strengths then delegate the rest to
others to optimize efficiency ,effectiveness and outcomes.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT QUESTIONS:
What are you looking for in terms of career development five years from now?
 Pursuing masters in global health policy to help formulate best policies in African healthcare
space that will help solve the alarming health challenges that indeed am a victim and deeply
crave solutions for.I also intend to become an independent global health consultant and
help shape efficiency of care in the global arena.
How do you want to improve yourself in the next year?
 I want to leverage on career growth,research and extensive exposure in fields of interests
and people that would ground me and prepare me for the bigger assignments as well as
sharpen me in readiness for the ultimate greatest vision.
What kind of goals would you have in mind if you got this job?
 Optimize my skills in research

 Develop a sustainable innovative model for African clinical care that would improve
efficiency and effectiveness especially in remote settings defined by low incomes and
inaccess to best care.

Any other additional skills  Research methodology  Health systems strengthening and innovation  Conflict management  Leadership  Monitoring and evaluation BEHAVIOURAL INTERVIEW QUESTIONS What was the last project you led ,and what was the its outcome?  Rheumatoid arthritis Research with focus on determinants and predictors of disease response.It exposed huge gaps between healthworker treatment and patient adherence/ compliance thus the information gained helped drive changes in decisions that shapes best outcomes in holistic patient care thus improved care outcomes to both players. Give me an example of a time that you felt you went above and beyond the call of duty at work.  2022 during covid 19 I was working on a department with immunocompromised clients who were a easy target to the threats of the virus and as well had a newborn baby in custody who indeed needed my close care so I was torn between making a drastic move to help protect the lives of the vulnerable in my care department as well felt a threat to my beloved one and for the first time felt like giving up the job to pursue parenting but rather stayed true to my oath and served my client to a state where I was detained in a college for quarantine and treated like lesser being despite the sacrifices knowing too well this was a occupational hazard when was confirmed virus positive. This memory is haunting but I felt I did beyond and I didn’t deserve the treatment meted on me for my good job.
  • 4. Have you ever been on a team where someone was not pulling their own weight? How did you handle it?  I believe on people management skills and as such ability to coexist and work with anyone irrespective of their shortcomings is critically a gem and that has been my biggest strength so ofcourse I get many such but I have always found an amicable solution through a negotiated understanding between us ending up great teamworkers and seeing the vision to reality. Describe how you would handle a situation if you were required to finish multiple tasks by the end of the day,and there was no conceivable way that you could finish them.  I will prioritise the tasks in terms of importance and strengths then delegate the rest to others to optimize efficiency ,effectiveness and outcomes. CAREER DEVELOPMENT QUESTIONS: What are you looking for in terms of career development five years from now?  Pursuing masters in global health policy to help formulate best policies in African healthcare space that will help solve the alarming health challenges that indeed am a victim and deeply crave solutions for.I also intend to become an independent global health consultant and help shape efficiency of care in the global arena. How do you want to improve yourself in the next year?  I want to leverage on career growth,research and extensive exposure in fields of interests and people that would ground me and prepare me for the bigger assignments as well as sharpen me in readiness for the ultimate greatest vision. What kind of goals would you have in mind if you got this job?  Optimize my skills in research  Career development  Peer learning and improvement  Develop a sustainable innovative model for African clinical care that would improve efficiency and effectiveness especially in remote settings defined by low incomes and inaccess to best care.
