From a senior classof seven in a South Dakota high school to more than forty successful years with a Fortune-25 consumer goods
company, Dennis is entering his next career phaseby seekingexecutive leadership roles in the multi -media and sound production
arena as well as consumer productsupply and serviceindustry.He is a nominated member of the Country Music Association,an
activemember of NashvilleSongwriters Association International,and a certified Producer / Director for Public Access Television

Dennis received a Regular Officer’s Commission and launched as oneof the youngest SatelliteLaunch Controllers in military history.
After this tour of duty, he returned to the Procter and Gamble Company who had granted a 4-year leave of absence for his military
service.Dennis used technical skillsto employ the most sophisticated technology available(to the degree permitted by security) to
address the most basic needs of world health and hygiene, cleanlinessand value.
Dennis began his career in ManufacturingEngineeringat Procter & Gamble’s Soap and Fabric CareBusiness .Within 3 years,hewas
promoted to Senior Engineer and a corporately influential position in manufacturingcontrol systems.As a leader, Dennis stood out.
He established the corporatestandard for both manufacturingprocess and machinecontrol sys tems throughout P&G globally –still
used today saving millionsin manufacturingproductivity costs and productspeed to market. Based on this success,he was
promoted to Engineering Group Manager which opened new and bigger opportunities in the Beauty Care Business.As a professional
expert in due-diligencefor supply network operations,he successfully tackled the toughest assignments and later became
Engineering Manager of Vidal Sassoon Hair Careas partof the Richardson Vicks acquisition.And he went on to supportother
acquisitions/partnerships of giants likeGillette,IAMS Pet Food, Clearasil Skin Care,TEVA Pharmaceuticals,PURWater Systems, and
Astra-Zeneca Pharmaceuticals.
FollowingP&G’s mantra “the consumer is boss”,Dennis redirected his career toward strategic productand process design to use
advanced skills in supply network design.He views operational excellenceas the crucial link to high valueproduct availability for
consumers.End results were impressiveleading to Procter and Gamble’s firstbusiness,Global Health Care,to Class AMRPII
excellence, certified by the Oliver WightCompany, creators of this international businessstandard.Dennis is acknowledged to be
one of the original creatorsof what is now Supply Network Operations for P&G, the second largestresource population globally.
Dennis is an end-to-end supply chain operations/productavailability professional with keen insights on how to balanceprofits,cash,
