dollar in sales store, with staff of 17 detectives. Responsible for returning inventory
processes back to company standard, refocus of LP team in external theft
merchandise protection standards, 146% increase in external apprehensions, internal
investigations resulting in employe theft cases, along with two large employee theft
rings that totaled 26 employees apprehended in a 5 month span, involving merchandise
and cash theft.
