• 75 % of the manual labor of building walls, floors and roof is replaced using any design build
software.
• Pouring and mixing of mortar is done automatically.
• The 3D printing software will detect what can and should be 3D printed (extruded)
• The machine is then brought onsite and set at printing location
• The computer operator controls the 3D printer to follow the tool
path for the robot to extrude the mortar as well as the gantry or
the track to allow the robot to be mobile, which allows the
construction and building of the architectural structure.
• The machine will then begin printing the concrete structures until
the project is finished

Initially we will serve Northern and Southern California. While Icon Building System received $30 Million, $80 Million and $207
Million from California VC’s, 100 % of the Funds went to build houses in Travis County, TX. The demand, however, is
Nationwide, and we will establish Area Developers and work in all 32 NFL Cities.
The Industry is Real Estate – Residential Housing and the market is National. HUD has a map of the US showing the need.
There are Down Payment Assistance as well as First Time Home Buyer programs, so it is neither the lack of buyers nor a lack of
down payment and qualifying for the mortgage, but the availability of houses. The market fundamentals are acknowledged and
written about extensively by Academia as well as Business Plans, White Papers, Crowd Funding Capital Raising – BASICALLY
THE SOLUTIONS EXIST, THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF BUILDERS.

  • 7. • 75 % of the manual labor of building walls, floors and roof is replaced using any design build software. • Pouring and mixing of mortar is done automatically. • The 3D printing software will detect what can and should be 3D printed (extruded) • The machine is then brought onsite and set at printing location • The computer operator controls the 3D printer to follow the tool path for the robot to extrude the mortar as well as the gantry or the track to allow the robot to be mobile, which allows the construction and building of the architectural structure. • The machine will then begin printing the concrete structures until the project is finished . .
