community based

5. Organizational Theory & Design
This will include the work details and duties of all involve in the program.
I plan to use both quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative method would tell me how many, how much, and how
often calculations by using surveys and questionnaires. The Qualitative method would would provide me with
descriptions to help me understand why, how, and what happened. Asking questions, listening, and discussion with the
clients would benefit the progress and help with improvements. I based this on the understanding that both is needed
because you get to view different angles and uses. I think this would be the key to being successful. The outcome that I
would use is the one that gives me the best generated feedback and what is going to drive my program further and what
areas of improvement needed and how to implement them. The outcome that will produce more Pros than Cons is the one
I will choose.

upon arrival and exist, what goods were provided, all ages, race, files will be kept
and evaluations every week of progress. Records will be kept and how funds were
distributed
Unit 6 Journal: Program Development Assignment #6 Information System
I would measure the accomplishment of the objectives by keeping accurate records of the supplies, how many clients is served, how
mush supplies they used and the outcome of the results. I would make a judgement protocol if it was a success or not. A good end result
always means that things were done planned and well thought out. Knowing what your objective is and making sure that you are in order
to see it through by having everything that you need and distributed correctly.
I would document changes in the quality-of-life conditions experienced by clients by keeping records of all the people that you know
walked away better off than when they came and is able to maintain on their own by leaving with the resources that they needed and
knowing they are going to be ok. Those that needed the most or more than others you should get to understand why and improve them in
those areas. All this information should be kept confidential and stored safely with files and categorized accordingly.
8. Program Evaluation
Background checks will be made on all employees and clients, will evaluate
program every month for areas of improvements along with areas of opportunities
and adjusting and give advice/feedback to managers in areas where needed.
Round the table meetings to make sure all information is in order and ready for an
open evaluation from outside resources of funding at anytime without being
granted any warnings or appointments.
9. Closing Slide
My reason for starting this program is to be able to help others in the community
that needs assistance that has no other place to go. My community lacks this
resource and I would love to be able to help people to live better and let them
know that someone recognizes that there is a need and it is being addressed.
