2. The Child Support Forum
• The name of my program will be child support forum. As the hypothetical of human service
organization, it aims for encourging parental support for children. As you read the name, you can
see that he name gives a brief idea of the programs work, ideas and duty. The support given will
signify all kinds of emotional, financial, educational, mental and medical support to children. The
support could be in the form of monetary or non-monetary terms like counseling.

3. How to Qualify for
Child Support Forum
• My program, The Child Support Forum. In this program, it helps and gives assistance
to all children who may need it. in order to recieve any of the assistance from this
program, there are a few rules to go by.
• 1. The child must come from a low income family
• 2. the child must be enrolled in school
• 3. every child recieving assistance needs to be 18 years of age or younger
• Each child enrolled in the child support forum will recieve a monthly income that is
dependant on thier house hold income. Once the child is 18 and over, we give them
the opportunity to find jobs. We help with creating resumes, creating cover pages,
creating protfolios. We help with homework for the younger children, we prepare the
children for highschool and college and try our best to keep them on the right page.
The goal would be to help parents in need with their children, help the children stay
out of the streets and going down the right path. Seeing students graduating, getting a
career after the program will be the main goal of the program.

4. Theory &
Design
• The program I have created, The Child Support Forum
will be ran by the classic management theory. The
classic management theory is a style of management
that emphasizes hierarchy, specialized roles and
single leadership for optimized efficiency in the work
place. In this case, I believe that the work divided by
job for each person. I will have each person do
different things based on thier skills. For example, I
have one person for the money portion to assure
everyone gets the income from the program, I will
have one person work on the job portion of the
program where they help the older kids look and get
jobs, another person will work on the school portion
where they help the children look into high school
and colleges and helps them apply. There will be a
group of people to work on each portion of the
program so that there is not one person doing too
much, and so that everything is much better
organized. Having everyone with set jobs, will have
the program running organized and smoothly. I will
hire people based on these skills needed.

5. Job Roles
• For the program that I have, one job will be called the program
coordinator. The program coordinator will be the person in charge of a
site. The goal is to have many sites, and for each site there needs to be
a supervisor or point person. This program coordinator will be the ones
who create the employees schedules, work task, they will assign the
employees their students that they will be helping etc. They will assure
that the supervisor will have their job or task complete. The supervisor
will assure the employees jobs or task are complete. In order to get the
job, when interviewing, I will have to make sure that the person is
leader material. They need to be able to look over a site. They need to
be able to complete schedules and task for employees etc. One of the
most important issues that the program coordinator will have to
address is getting the students to help. With no students to help, there
is no program. With any issues that come within the job from any
outsiders, they can go to an employee, who will then go to their
supervisor, who when then go to their program coordinator if needed.

6. Pay Out

• program director: $45,000 yearly
• group leader: 35,000 yearly

Child pay out:
• 5years old- 18 years old: 3,600 yearly
• 18 years old - 23 years old: 3,000 yearly

equipment: 25,000 yearly
• billing (monthly rent, equipment, etc): 250,000
yearly
• All together 416,600 yearly

7. Qualitative
Method
• For the program I have created, I will be focused on
using the qualitative method. I am a very hands on
person and will go by what I see and experiences. For
me, that makes more sense. The qualitative method
allows for you to explore concepts and experiences in
more detail. With doing this, this gives me a better
chance to know what I will be getting myself in to, what I
know to look for for or to work on etc. I can observe,
interview etc. and be able to work on what I need to. I
get to know what may need improvements and what
may not. This also will give me the chance to gain insight
about a person and see the perceptions of the different
events or circumstances that may accure. I will be able to
answer questions using who my customers are, what
issues they may be facing and where they may need to
focus thier attention on. It also helps me to better
understand the people that are going to be around in
the program so that I can do a better job at helping them
when they need it and being able to move forward to
better program.

8. Grant Proposal
• Writing a grant proposal so
that we can get help to receive
benefits in order to help with
all these payouts.
• We will use the grant money to
pay employees, the children's
monthly payouts, the supplies
needed etc.

9. • An information system
will be made where each
employee will receive a
sign in. They will be able
to sign in and share
feedback as well as
receive. The goal is to
have employees left with
no questions when
signing in and out of this
information system. They
also get to talk with other
employees and get any
help they may need.
Important dates, data,
useful tips etc. will also be
uploaded to this
information system.
