ganglia &/or periventricular white matter
• Often involve/ cross corpus callosum
○ Frequently contact, extend along ependymal surfaces
• Classically hyperdense on CT (helpful for diagnosis)
• Diffusely enhancing periventricular mass in immunocompetent
