SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process can be defined as
the process of selection and shortlisting
of the right candidates with the
necessary qualifications and skill set to
fill the vacancies in an organisation. The
selection process varies from industry
to industry, company to company and
even amongst departments of the same
company.
Company conduct recruitment process
every year to select new candidates. The
selection process of the company
consists of 4 rounds.
These rounds are as follows:

Technical Interview
HR Interview

Must be B.Tech /B.E(MME, Mechanical, EEE, Chemical,
Production)60% and above or more than 6.5 CPGA aggregate
in graduation degree. Education gap of not more than one
year.

 It is an interview to access the technical ability for the
role, and the depth and breadth of your knowledge in
your chosen field.
 Technical interviews are also designed to assess your
problem-solving skills, your communication skills, and
your ability to think under pressure.
Technical Interview

based on their qualifications and if they would be a
good fit for the company, not just the hiring role.
• These questions are high-level, in-depth questions
about a candidate's skills and abilities to determine
what they bring to the company.
