Dog owners in small towns do not have the time or energy to
properly take care of their dogs during their busy schedules.

2. Dina the Dog Owner
20 year old dog lover Dina brought her new shih tzu to
campus. She was under the impression that she covered all
the things necessary to be a full-time student and dog owner
at the same time. She took a manageable course load, got a
dog friendly apartment, and brought all essential dog related
materials. She even found a friend to walk her dog when she
was busy. She thought she planned for everything, BUT she
didn’t account for how busy and tired she would be as the
semester progressed. She now finds herself swamped with
exams, projects, extracurriculars. Her friend who she relied on
is also swamped and is not able to help when Dina needs her
the most. Dina doesn’t have the time or energy to find
someone else to take care of her puppy. Ultimately, she finds
herself neglecting her poor little shih tzu, who just wants to
be walked, wants someone to play with,and wants someone
to give it some attention. All Dina needs is some extra help for
all of her puppy needs. That’s where Puppy Pro comes in, the
complete suite of tools that every dog owner needs to be able
to take care of their dogs during busy/stressful times.

3. Persona - Dina
Thinks Dina thinks that PetCo and other dog care alternatives are too far away and much too
expensive. She also thinks her friends are getting a bit annoyed taking care of her dog
all the time.
Sees Dina sees her dog running around the room and clawing at the door, wanting to go
outside and play. She sees the untidiness of her dog's fur due to the fact that Dina does
not have the time to take her dog to the closest pet store to get her groomed.
Feels Dina feels overwhelmed by the amount of coursework she is receiving, but also feels
bad for not giving her dog the attention it deserves.
Does Dina either neglects her dog to do her school work, and her dog gets sad because it’s
not getting the care and attention it deserves, or Dina focuses on her dog forgetting
about her work, and her grades in her classes dips a significant amount.
