 Led the global, enterprise-wide rollout of a course to educate all employees on Allstate’s
new guiding principles.
 Led the global training strategy for more than 200 master trainers and “Change
Champions” who trained the course.
 Led employee registration and session deployment strategy (live and virtual) to ensure all
employees were trained in 6 months.
