Data Center Operations Team is the first line of defense of the company against human and machine
errors that may occur. We are also responsible to escalate any detected abnormalities in the system
(Windows and Linux Servers). We execute daily and monthly batches (CC&B) to cater to the billing and
reports that is essential to the company. We alsomake sure that the Datacenter is still capable to
accommodate upgrades and additional machine to be installed.
Daily Task:
 Execution of Batches for reports using Oracle CC&B.
 Restart of the Thread pool for CC&B batch server.
 Daily Backup of Server files and Database.
 Daily Monitoring of SADAD payment system.
 Daily upload of payments into the SADAD system
 Monitoring of the UPS system and A/C system inside the Data Center.
 Monitoring of the SMS system using in-house SMS monitoring system.
 HPSM ticketing system.
 Weekly Data Center reports and MOM.
 Server monitoring includes:
o Disk Utilization using SCOM 2012 and telnet of the servers.
o On-site support for Linux based servers.
o File transfer of generated files to free up space in the file system.
