Radionica
• Scrum refinement
– Trebaju nam: Product Owner i članovi Scrum tima
iz publike (3-5)
– Prvo okupljanje tima, inicijalni refinement tj.
kreiranje inicijalnog backloga
• Trajanje - 15 min
Pravila za radionicu
• Poželjno neko iskustvo rada sa user story-ima
• Grupa mora biti samostalna, nema pomoći
izvana
– pokušavamo simulirati stvarni sastanak
• Cilj: napisati 2-4 User story-a, postići zajedničko
razumijevanje i napisati kriterije prihvaćanja
• Tim sam bira temu za refinement

• Pošto je ovo javna radionica sa stvarnim
osobama
– Prvo ću sa grupom u uskom krugu potvrditi svoje
opservacije i dati priliku timu da odluči koje
opservacije ne želi da ja analiziram
• Imajmo na umu – coach uvijek služi timu da se
razvije i raste

• Iskoristiti opservacije za feedback
• Iskoristiti opservacije za formuliranje hipoteze
i osmisliti način za njeno testiranje
• Razjasniti opservacije, potvrditi ih ili
opovrgnuti (A.S.K. metoda)

• Dajemo ga uzimajući u obzir trenutno stanje osobe/tima
kojem ga dajemo imajući na umu njihov/njezin prvu
stepenicu u rastu
– Možda vidimo još sljedećih 5 stepenica ali fokusiramo se samo
na prvu
• Kad ga davati?
– Paziti na mjesto i vrijeme
– Javan vs. privatan
• Dobar vs. loš feedback
– konstruktivan ton
• Na što dajemo feedback?
– Nikad na osobu, uvijek na rezultat, radnju, aktivnost
• Kako primiti feedback?
– Ne kritizirati ga no slobodno postaviti pojašnjavajuća pitanja

Editor's Notes

  1. Fokusirani smo konkretno na mnoge stvari, no cilj nam je rast pojedinca.
  2. Skloni smo prije tuđe ponašanje pripisati njegovoj naravi nego okolini u kojoj se nalazi. Primjer: šutljivi programer pokraj glasnog PM-a, jureći BMW u prometu
  3. U glavi se prvo rađa odgovor a tek onda pitanje
  4. Skloni smo da prvu informaciju o nekome/nečemu koju dobijemo koristimo kao mjerodavnu u daljnjim razmišljanjima. Primjer: ozbiljna starija gospođa koja šuti i nakon nekog vremena kaže nešto negativno. Visoki test coverage – vjerojatnije je da ce se kod smatrati kvalitetnijim, a moze biti da najbitniji djelovi nisu istestirani
  5. Sklonost da nove informacije tumačimo na način da one potvrđuju naša vjerovanja. Primjer: političari, kontradiktorne tvrdnje i MRI
  6. Sklonost vjerovanju da svi misle kao mi (ili bi trebali) i da će se ponašati kao što biste se vi ponašali. Primjer: ako ja kao programer volim testove onda i ostali programeri vole testove. Ako ja kao programer volim Use Case-ove onda i ostali programeri mora da vole UC-ove.
  7. Sklonost da buduće događaje predviđamo vodeći se jednostavnijim ili kompliciranijim principima ili razmišljanjima nego sto je potrebno.
  8. Skloni smo tome da sami za sebe mislimo da smo manje podložni sklonostima od drugih ljudi. Za razliku od drugih mi smo profesionalci, odgovorne i ozbiljne osobe koje se ne daju smesti polu-informacijama i nagađanjima, koje točno kategoriziraju informacije u provjerene, neprovjerene, objektivne, subjektivne i kojekakve druge kategorije, koje mjere kojekakve stvari i koje uvijek donose racionalne odluke i ne pate od ostalih sklonosti.
