Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Contra Costa Health Department, etc. Successfully
established and maintained a channel of communication through translating documents,
arranging schedules, and interpreting business related conversations between English and
Mandarin Chinese.
• Spoken in three public hearings at the city hall of Pleasant Hill as the business representative.
Successfully persuaded the planning commission to allow Nine Game Zone, Inc. to add the sale
of beer and wine into the use permit.
• Assumed different roles such as manager, cashier, host, server, custodian, and singer (opening
for karaoke nights) to ensure the continual of operating under different circumstances.
