Commentary:
Swimming this practice was probably
the fastest and easiest part of training.
The transition between the swim and the
bike was slower because I had to get
dressed. The biking portion started out
easy, but got harder as we biked further.
By the end of the bike my legs were
dead, which made the run harder then I
was used to.
The course was hilly for the run
The bike wasn’t as bad after training
