Volunteers from Moody's and students from One World Middle School participated in a job interview simulation challenge called SuitUp. The goal was for students to secure a mock "job" by pitching to judges. Team 3 won. Students felt more confident in their skills and 100% of volunteers believe Moody's made a positive impact. 86% of students said the experience influenced their career choices and interests such as business, education, fashion, finance, and healthcare. Both students and volunteers enjoyed interacting and want to participate again in the future.

Business Case Challenge
Through SuitUp, volunteers from Moody’s and students from One World Middle School
worked through a job interview simulation challenge with the goal of securing the “job”
by the end of the event. Volunteers coached students in various departments before helping
them pitch to judges for a cash prize.
