Core to an interior is the way in which all elements come
together. Our team of Interior Architects and Designers
work with brands to articulate them in a physical space.
Clear, coherent brand messages are what we deliver.
This could be in a new office interior through to a new
foyer design, each of which are developed using your

An extensive understanding of both furniture and fixture supplier ensures a

various levels of resort development from strategic planning and project
establishment through to master-planning and architectural direction, across
resorts in S.E Asia and North America.

understanding of the property sales process, its unique
assets engaged in delivery of a project as well as the
sales teams functional needs.

story, through to immersive digital that presents the

11. GRAPHIC DESIGN
POP UP + TEMPORARY
This is where we have fun! Temporary retail is a key ingredient in most
retailers calendar and our team aim to provide unique, commercial solutions
that allow you to execute your brand on short lead times and unexpected
locations.
From stand alone stores, that require quick and efficient treatment, to
collections of fixtures that can be used in a mid mall environment to activate
a promotion or product launch, we work to strict timelines and budgets to
make these happen.
Our Prospace Projects team are also geared to delivery of these spaces,
making this area a complete service we offer both existing and new clients.
Every interior calls for a level of Environmental Graphics. From rebranding
to wayfinding, marketing collateral and point of sale, our in house graphic
designer works with our design team to deliver the brand overlay that
completes the look and feel of your brand, in your project.
Extensions of this service include brand and logo design, brochure and print
ready artwork through to signage and brand application to promotional and
or fixtures items to further enhance your brands identity.

Our experienced team provides your customer with an enveloping
experience that draws on your brands DNA and articulates this in
a physical space. Our design process is human and our goal is to
connect you brand with your customer, on multiple levels.
13. OUR PROCESS
1. INITIAL BRAND WORKSHOP
Spending time with the key stakeholders
within the brand will help Prospace get
a good understanding of what success
in the stores looks like - this includes
perspective from an operational, sales and
marketing level. We find this fast tracks all
communication moving forward. We will
then formalise this review with a Return Brief,
that is visual and captures some of the key
direction requested, whilst also talking too
the personality and brand expression that
will be expressed in store.
4. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
With the successful fit out contractor we
then review documentation and modify if
necessary to meet specifics of the site and
build requirements. This then forms the set
of documents the project is delivered from.
2.PRELIMINARY + DETAILED CONCEPT
Off the back of discussion surrounding the
Return Brief, we deliver a 3D sketch concept
and preliminary details that speak to the
critical elements of overall look and feel, whilst
considering traffic flow, internal and external
presence to enhance dwell time as well as the
touch points through this process where the
customer interacts with your brand. Off an
agreed direction or aesthetic and layout, we can
now deliver 3D rendered visuals of the interior
that capture all of the above and factor the
feedback from the project team.
5. DESIGN MANAGEMENT
To ensure the original creative vision is executed
as intended, we recommend to all our clients we
are retained through the construction period to
ensure any on site variables are captured and
modified if required during the construction
phase - to deliver the amazing result that was
intended in the design.
3. TENDER DOCUMENTATION
Delivering purely on 2D documentation, this
is where the detail is delivered and tailored
to suit the project budget and contractors
expectations to ensure they can price the
project with minimal variation. This includes
a detailed fixture suite, providing similar
options to those currently in use and new or
directional fixtures that will expand on the
category offer and presentation of the latest
and greatest.

16. Over the last ten years, we have operated out of Xiamen China, with
the purpose of supplying our own projects. IA Hardware brings
together the supply partnerships we have developed over this time
and allows you to access products direct.
Retail is a fast evolving business and the commercial supply of good
quality products is essential to operating well. IA Hardware continue
to deliver bespoke joinery and fixtures through to products from
key partners to make this happen.
Over the last couple of years, we have been developing further
relationships in the Resort, Hospitality, Commercial, Aged Care
and Education sectors, which are scheduled to launch as product
categories over the next twelve months.
