Prospace Design Studios thrives
on collaboration - we work with
our clients to fill the gaps in their
business. Our suite of services range
from individual fixture design and visual

and complete interior design services.
5. INTERIOR DESIGN
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Brand is an integral component in every-
thing we create – be it a product presen-
tation, spatial design or master-planning
exercise. We see someone’s personal
brand as integral as the brand a range is
manufactured under.
With this approach our goal is always to
extract the dna of that brand and articu-
late it into a physical space, allowing you,
the customer or employee to physically
touch and feel the brand.
In doing this, we immerse ourselves in
the brands strategy to ensure we are
aligned in
our thinking and where possible stretch
that thinking to consider ways of evolv-
ing, growing or completely breaking the
mould of what has come before.
Our designs take us from small intimate
boutique spaces, through to large format
buildings, functional workplaces with
varied bespoke product design along
the way.
A relentless goal of delivering spaces
that add to the life of those that use
them drives our team to continually
explore the edges of what is considered
normal.

9. OUR CLIENTS
We take pride in working with brands
that embrace their customers. We also
really like working with brands that know
their product and know how to trade.
From one off boutiques to global
brands, our mission remains the same
- and that is to extract the essence
of the brand from those closest to it
and deliver on experiences that help
customers touch and feel every aspect
of the brand.
With a complimentary mix of skills at
Prospace, our goal is to integrate into
our clients businesses and fill the gaps
that they may have or compliment their
resources either in region or across
regions to ensure the best possible
result is achieved every time.
Spanning industries, we see the
sales process to be something that
doesn’t differ. Customer Service and
the experience that goes with that is
continuous and although the product
changes, regardless of whether its Beer
in a Brewery setting, Boardshorts in an
urban surf shop of residential property in
a sales suite - we deliver with passion.
10. HALLENSTEIN BROTHERS
CHERMSIDE
PORTFOLIO RETAIL
Hallenteins, one of New Zealands most
renowned retailers tasked Prospace with
evolving their current retail design, to
deliver stores with impact on the lease
line and relevance to the customer
throughout.
The Westfield Chermside store saw
the first of the new concept delivered,
taking the brand in a new direction, that
not only resonated with the customer,
elevated the brand, but also set the
benchmark in the centre by challenging
the normal.
Pushing the envelope is part of our DNA
and something that our team thrive on,
but its about delivering this in a sensible
and commercial way. The Shopfront
features a glassless facade, instead
replaced with a structural steel and
mesh framework that features signage
and a large random led screen as the
prominent structure to deliver the brands
insane content!
Within the interior we clad the walls
of the store in cement sheeting
with exposed fixings - delivering a
commercial and impactful skin.
“This is the best Hallenstein store design that I’ve seen. The high level of creativity
in the shopfront design made it an easy decision to support breaking the rules. We
were happy to see no glass used in this shopfront.”
Brian Gorman - GM Retail Design, Scentre Group

12. TIMBUK2
MANHATTAN, NYC
PORTFOLIO RETAIL
After delivering on a few store locations,
Prospace was engaged to deliver on a
revised fixture suite that delivered on
superior merchandising as well as a
holistic store experience that was able
to be duplicated across a growing
portfolio.
The first store was on Lafayette St in
Manhattan, where we worked within an
existing envelope and delivered the
updated Factory 2 Concept, Timbuk
2’s bag customizer – as a more refined
touch point.
The second store which opened in April
’17 is in Williamsburg and combined
another of our loves – secret beer.
The brands partnership with Fort Point
Brewing continues to grow in our current
project where we are transforming their
head office into a place that sells beer,
pizza and bags!

14. TONY BIANCO
PACIFIC FAIR
PORTFOLIO RETAIL
Prospace recently designed and
managed the build of the new Tony
Bianco store at Pacific Fair on the Gold
Coast. Continuing our relationship with
Australia’s leading designer of women’s
fashion footwear.
Our client allowed us to really take the
design concept to the next level with
this store.
As such our team designed a space
that exudes the same luxury as Tony
Bianco’s product, by delivering a high
level of detail through joinery design,
lighting and interior features such as the
rear illuminated mirror at the back of
the store along with luxurious travertine
clad columns and plinths. The evolution
of the store concept is an exciting step
for Tony Bianco that we look forward to
developing in future stores.
“ Prospace has significantly
improved the customers
perceived value and position of our
brand! ”
Anthony Bianco

16. MIRVAC SALES BOUTIQUE
PAVILLIONS SALES BOUTIQUE
PORTFOLIO COMMERCIAL
Prospace were engaged late 2015 to
design Mirvac’s largest residential sales
boutique in Australia. The team worked
with a brief to deliver ‘Everyday Luxury’ in
an interior space that spoke both about
the personality of the development
itself whilst delivering Mirvac’s consistent
brand values in a physical space through
sharp interior and joinery details and a
carefully selected materials palette.
The space reflected the interior and
exterior of the residential development
through the use of planting, a feature
tree in the centre of the space and
bespoke designed joinery, seating and
tables.
“It’s very us! In terms of getting that
Mirvac look and feel, you guys nailed
it!!”
Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz - Mirvac CEO.

18. BURLEIGH BREWING
BURLEIGH HEADS, QLD
PORTFOLIO HOSPITALITY
Prospace were approached to design
the new home for Burleigh Brewing
Co. A beer brewing company that is
an institution in Burleigh on the Gold
Coast. Our team took on an ambitious
project to design a building that housed
the brewing facility, a new bar and
offices all under one very large roof!
Prospace designed, and managed
the build of the space that opened
early March 2016. The design of the
interior and exterior focused on a
simple materials palette that balanced
industrial with rustic finishes, with the use
of concrete, timber and fibre cement
cladding. Lighting inside and out played
a big part in setting the right tone, and
a bar made from cast concrete slabs,
pressed in timber, with a hot rolled steel
top provides a striking feature in the
space.
It was a privilege to work with such a
fantastic client and deliver the vision
for their new larger space that critically
needed to remain rooted in authenticity
and community and portray the
company’s brand values of ‘Balance,
Character and Soul’.

20. MIRVAC SALES SUITE AND CAFE
GREEN SQUARE
PORTFOLIO DESIGN CASE STUDY
As one of the most anticipated
development regions in Sydney,
Green Square is fast becoming a new
residential zone between the Sydney
CBD and the Airport. Located above
a train station, Mirvac celebrated
the occupancy of the first in several
developments to open earlier in 2017.
Prospace was tasked with delivering a
café, that operated as a sales suite for
future developments, as well as a real
estate services hub and community
centre for the residents of the
neighboring developments.
As a joint venture between Mirvac and
Urban Growth, the challenge was to
deliver a space that was on brand for
Mirvac, whilst challenging the standard
delivery and matching the high level of
competition in the area.
The following pages walk through our
design process and stages from concept
generation to final delivery.
21. MOODBOARD &
INSPIRATION
SKETCH CONCEPT & FIXTURE
DEVELOPMENT
Once the client has provided a brief
or vision as to where they would like
their project to go, we align with this
and visually present our ideas on
the page with images and sketches
to tell the story we would like the
space to adopt.
This allows us very quickly to
decipher the direction that is right
and/or wrong; refining the selection
of images or samples along the
way.
Following the refinement of the
mood boards, we work through
initial sketches of the proposed
space. Whilst taking into account
shape and form, materiality as
well as light details, inclusions and
exclusions, to convey a simple yet
accurate view of what the space
could look like.
The sketches have color added,
which conveys more clearly the
direction we would like to take and
as they are generated rapidly, we
use this time to refine the design
before moving into accurate
concept renders.
22. FINAL RENDERS DOCUMENTATION
AND DETAIL
This stage is integral to ensuring all
stakeholders understand the project
vision. We render the space from
multiple angles, both internally and
externally and add the necessary
styling items and accurate furniture
specs to ensure there is a clear and
coherent concept, replicating what
the customer will see in store.
Integral to the delivery of the space,
we work through all interior details to
a construction documentation level to
eliminate any speculation.
The details generated are to ensure
all contractors working on the project
understand the intent, as well as the
method proposed to ensure the end
result maintains the original design intent.
Our documentation is completed in
house, usually by the designer that has
developed the concept so that the details
that we proudly include in all of our
projects are maintained and not missed.
Suitable for tender and reference for
consultants, the full construction set is
then used through the lifecycle of the
project.
23. COMPLETED SPACE +
DESIGN MANAGEMENT
From completion of documentation
in most projects we are retained
throughout the build process to
ensure the delivery is as expected.
This includes regular site meetings
with contractors and working through
on site solutions for challenges as they
arise.
Prospace Projects prides itself
on working seamlessly with our
design team and has delivered
projects successfully for many years
throughout the Asia Pacific region.
