Converting Trash – Energy
 Step 1: Trash is sorted out, removing all forms of needle, bottle glass and stones what
remains is rounded up and properly mixed to produce a well balance feed stock(trash).
 Step 2: This feed stock is distilled using a prolific system to extract the energy rich gas
which is then stored in tanks.
 Step 3: Then we take this gas and feed it to a Gen Sec.
 Explaining Step 2 very well.
Feed stock is continuously fed into the herbs like chamber known as a retort where the
temperature is 900o-1200o depending on the type of feed stock (Trash) been processed
this heated environment is oxygen deprived insuring the feed stock never burns but rather
is distilled into its basic chemical components like Methane, Hydrogen, Ethane, Butane,
Pentane and Propane. Which are all flammable and energy rich in nature, the spiral gas is
removed from the retort, pressurized and stored. The feedstock enters the retort through a
double vabe airlock, where a vacuum is pulled to ensure that the retort remains oxygen
starved. The feed stock is then transmitted through a system through a series of
retort until the parallax process is complete and this point the remaining nom-volatile
carbin based ash is removed from the system, then second set of double vabe airlocks this
ash is even bio-charged or carbonblack depending on the makeup of the original feed
stock, the stock is never burnt neither does it come in contact with open flame during the
paralysis process the retort are heated by a burner, that means the only emission from this
process comes from the burner nothing else, the system itself is self sustained because a
small amount of spiral gas is used to feel the burner, the system is usually started with
Propane or natural gas which is turned off once the system has reached its operating
temperature and starts producing its own gas.
