Every company and organization relies on the success of their projects to
exist and to thrive. Every project costs them resources and puts their
reputation on the line. Some of the projects are internal development ones.
Some are external ones that will define their dominance or their market share
in their field.
It is important for the management to ensure that every project is being

manage ever-limited resources within a certain circumstances is paramount

Many organizations still rely on their existing non-project professionals
to take on the projects. Some of them do not have the luxury to have
project managers or people with project management background to
take on their projects. They have to equip their existing people with
project management knowledge and competency for that matters.
Our Project Management For Non Project Management program is the
answer to this challenge. Our program is designed to help non-project-
background professionals to understand project management and its
methodology. Help them exercise and grasp the concept and tools
provided for them to use.
This program has been delivered to many professionals in Indonesia
from various backgrounds and positions. People with limited project
management experience and understanding so they can work and
communicate in a common language.
Our PM For Non PM program will use the latest version of globally
recognized project management standard; Project Management Body of
Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) from Project Management Institute
(PMI)®, USA.
Program Description
Project Management For Non-PM (2 Days)
It is expected that they will be getting the project management
knowledge and practices, this approach will ensure that all participants
will have common project management language with other PM
professionals from all around the world.
In this 2-days workshop, participants will do exercises and have
discussions in managing their project and in their last day of workshop
they will present and discuss their own project assignment. They will
also get the benefit of 12 months access to our DCOValley system
where they can learn more about project management.
After this workshop, the participants will:
• Have and understand the project management common language.
• Be able to manage their departmental project or their organization’s
project.
• Be able to adapt and to actively engage in project management
setting and practice.
• Be able to apply some tools and techniques of managing project.
• Be able to use knowledge from this workshop to pursue project
management certification issued by PMI® such as CAPM®.
