change the world and optimism toward the future. Climate change, deforestation, pollution, and countless other anthropogenic issues threaten today's
living species, and many animals have already lost the battle, proving that educating youth on wildlife conservation is of utmost importance.
Environmental education in children and adolescents has always been a significant topic, as they hold the future of the Earth in their power. Educators
must be able to critically evaluate the effectiveness of their message to ensure their intended outcomes and make appropriate modifications.
Environmental education is based on the five pillars of awareness, knowledge, attitude, skill, and participation. The United Nations Educational,
Scientific, and Cultural Organization established these objectives in the Tbilisi Declaration in order to ensure that environmental education around the
world has similar goals, which include promoting individuals to gain motivation to participate in the protection of the environment (Garcia et. al.,

Overtime, in different countries, people have developed varying perspectives and opinions on humanity's correct role in the environment. These
perspectives often clash on political platforms in terms of determining the correct approaches to education, food security, climate change and a variety

Over the course of the semester, I feel that, in my Introduction to Environmental Science (EVR2001) class, I have learned an extensive amount about
current, past, and possibly future environmental issues that our planet is enduring. Many of the issues impacting our environment have caught my
