The freedom Glass feels on the open seas is curtailed when his fate brings him at the crossroads of choosing between life and death. A group of

The Wilmot Proviso was a direct cause of the civil war, for it split the nation in half. Four years after the Wilmot Proviso was denied of passage in
the Senate, Southerner, John C Calhoun delivered a speech to congress. Calhoun spoke to congress about the addition of California to the US.

Pricing and what specific content will be available doesn't give people any comfortability due to the fact that you won't know what you're getting
unless you either do a lot of research or you just buy it and Destiny is no exception to this. Destiny offers two expansions called The Dark Below I
and House of Wolves II, they both contain content that give Destiny players their grinding fix, but are both expansions actually worth getting? Yes
and it's not for a good reason either. Destiny is a $60 (at the time, now $30) retail game that should offer content that will make players feel as if the
$60 was worth spending in the long run and ultimately Destiny was not worth that amount of money during the original release. It lacked content
and didn't give players what was offered. The story or lack of story can only be understood if you go to your Bungie.net account and read the

Every decision he makes from this point on is so that he can take over the kingship and retain this position. The witches drive Macbeth into
creating his own destiny by planting the idea that he is going to be the king into his head. Once he gets it in his head that he is going to be the
king, he will stop at nothing to make it happen. After Macbeth has killed King Duncan and become the king, he still has the threat of Banquo's line
of kings looming around him. Even though Banquo is one of Macbeth's friends he decides Banquo needs to be killed. Macbeth is so controlling of
his own destiny that he doesn't want to leave anything up to chance. He won't leave his fate in the hands of anyone else. He decides that he is going
to kill people in order to solidify his kingship. "So is he mine (enemy), and in such bloody distance that every minute of his being thrusts against my
near'st of life." (Act 3 Scene 1 Ln:

Manifest Destiny is the term coined by John Louis O'Sullivan that it was the manifest destiny of the United States "to overspread the continent allotted
by Providence for the free development of our yearly multiplying millions." In other words, God intended white Protestant Americans to expand
westward across the whole continent from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean, without regard for other ethnic groups. Manifest Destiny
encouraged actions designed to remove or destroy the native population. This posed a problem–Native Americans, Mexicans and African Americans
also lived on the continent. When the borders were "overspread", what would happen to the Natives? Would the new territories have slaves or would
everyone be free?

Tariff Crisis of 1829–1833 was a series of tariffs that were particularly harmful to southern economies. The American System and protective tariffs were
supposed to help protect American commodities produced in the northwest U. S. Tariffs were placed on goods produced in the north, which helped the
northern economy, but placed a hardship on the south. The south was dependent on imports for their livelihood–they either bought goods from

The Manifest Destiny was the attitude prevalent during the 19th century period of American expansion that the United States not only could, but was
destined to, stretch from coast to coast. Manifest Destiny was mainly accomplished by the Monroe Doctrine, the annexation of Texas, and the
Mexican–American War, but we were not a true continental power yet. After 1850, the Civil War, westward expansion, and the rise of big business
made the United States a true continental power. By the time James Polk became president in 1845, an idea called Manifest Destiny had taken root

The Civil War united the nation and expanded America mainly through slavery. Since slavery was a very partisan issue between the North and the
South, ending the issue through the Civil War made the United States more of a united whole. During the Civil War, there was a call for many war
materials. This led to a rise of factories and large companies to meet this demand, and after the war, these companies turned the munition into civilian
business, allowing for economic growth in the United States. Also, there were lots of changes to the United States. The rise of large industrial
corporations made lots of consumer goods, and railroads became huge with companies created for the sole purpose of building railroads. New
legislation occurred as well, such as the Homestead Act of 1862. Signed into law by Abraham Lincoln during the Civil War, this act would eventually
result in the transfer of 270 million acres of public lands to private individuals. The Civil War gave rise to not only contributed to our fundamental goal
of Manifest Destiny, but to the rise of Westward Expansion. Westward Expansion was the main factor that made the United States a true continental
power. The Louisiana Purchase doubled the size of the nation and opened up a little known region to exploration and eventual settlement. The initial
westward expansion brought increasing mobility throughout the nation.
