• A buyer navigates through a Qlik dashboard and notices a fulfillment anomaly.
• The buyer then uses the Qlik console to drill into the data to investigate and once an anomaly is confirmed, clicks
a button to report the problem.
• This action triggers a UiPath automation, in which an unattended robot first determines the status of the supplier.
• If the supplier is flagged as critical, the robot triggers a notification task in SAP Ariba to alert the assigned
sourcing manager(s) of an urgent condition.
• For ‘non-critical’ items under a certain threshold, the robot generates an incident request in ServiceNow to track
the issue and sends an email notification with a summary of the steps taken.
• For ‘critical’ items, the robot takes an additional action in SAP Ariba
