demarcationlinebetweenBusinessandIT.
In this way, decisions are taken in a shared and conjunct way. It’s the so-called
“democratization” of digital technology: thanks to it the concept of hierarchy loses
importance in favour of agile teams, able to take decisions autonomously and to
