 操作人员必须按使用说明书进行维护保养。
The operator must act in accordance with the operating
instruction.
 维护保养工作前应关闭发动机和电源总开关。
Always stop the engine and shut off main power supply before
maintenance.
一、维护保养 MAINTENANCE
为了保证设备正常运转，不误施工，要求操作者在施工前、施工中、施工后勤检查、勤保养。
In order to ensure the machine working normally, it’s necessary for operator to check and maintain
the concrete pump prior to commissioning and during operation and after operation.
1. 日常保养 Daily maintenance
(1)检查液压油油位，保持在油位计3/4以上，否则应加注相同牌号的清洁的液压油，建议
采用过滤精度为20μ的过滤装置清洁液压油。
检查油质：停机，30分钟后，用干净的量杯接0.5L 油，应是淡黄色透明，如油高度污染
或有乳化、浑浊现象，或静置数小时后，底部有沉淀，应立即换油。
Check the hydraulic oil level regularly，keep it above 3/4 of sight glass, or top up with clean
hydraulic oil of the same brand. We recommend to clean the oil via filtering unit with filter rating 20
μ.
Check the oil quality. Stop the machine, after 30 min., let 0.5L oil flow into a clean beaker, the
oil should be primrose yellow and transparent ， if the oil is contaminated to a high degree or
emulsified or muddy, or there are bottom sediments after several hours standing, the oil must be
changed。
(2)润滑油箱加满润滑脂，水箱加满请水。
Pour grease into the grease box and fill water tank with water。

(3)取下水箱盖板,检查混凝土活塞，应密封良好，无砂浆渗入水箱内。
Take off the water box cover, check whether the concrete piston seals well, no sand is
penetrated into the water box.
(4)检查切割环与眼镜板间隙。
Check the gap between cutting ring and spectacle plate
由于切割石头和摩擦力，眼镜板、切割环会产生磨损，为了确保磨损均匀，从而获
得较长的使用寿命，我们建议：每次使用完毕，彻底清洗后，检查磨损件的状况，当眼镜
板和切割环间局部有间隙（最大可在1－1.5mm）时，应进行间隙调整，调整方法参见本
章第10页（眼镜板与切割环间隙调整）
。
Due to stone cutting and friction, cutting ring and spectacle plate will wear out, to ensure a
uniform wear and thus considerably longer service lives, we recommend: per time after stop
pumping and thorough clean, check the condition of both parts, If there is a visible clearance
between the cutting ring and spectacle plate (max. permissible 1－1.5mm), you should to adjust
it.
(5)检查润滑系统工作情况，S 管摆臂端轴承位置、搅拌轴轴承位置等润滑点有润滑油溢
出。手动润滑点每台班应注入润滑脂，见产品润滑标牌。

(7)检查冷却器外部，若有污物立即清洗，
否则易引起油温过热。
Check whether the surface of the radiator is
clean, wash dirt immediately, or will overheat.
(8)检查真空表指示，应在绿色区域内（真空度严禁超过 0.04）
。一般吸油真空度应小于
0.02MPa。回油压力真空表示值应小于 0.35
MPa。
Check the indicator of vacuum meter should
be within green area (don’t exceed 0.04Mpa).
Generally, the vacuum degree for suction oil
should be below 0.02Mpa.The vacuum degree
for returning oil should be below 0.35Mpa.
(9)以敲击方式检查混凝土管路磨损程度，检查各管路接头是否密封良好。
Check the wear of delivery pipes by tapping. Check whether joints of pipes seal well
(10)检查液压系统、柴油机是否有漏油、渗油、漏水现象。
Check oil leakage of hydraulic system.
Check fuel and coolant leakage of engine
(11)检查各电器元件功能是否正常。检查所有的电路接头是否干燥、有无氧化和松动。
如有必要，可在这些接头上喷以防潮剂。
Check whether electrical components are normal。Check that all electrical connections are
dry and free of oxidation and that there are no loose connections. If necessary, spary these
connections with a water-repellent spray
(12)检查蓄电池，蓄电池的表面应干燥和清洁。蓄电
池和蓄电池接线端子上的氧化物和污垢会引起短
路、电压下降和放电，尤其是在潮湿环境中。用铜
丝刷清除蓄电池接线端子和电缆接头上的氧化物。
拧紧电缆接头并涂以防护脂或凡士林。
Check batteries, Keep batteries dry and clean. Oxidation
or dirt on the battery and battery terminals can cause short circuits, voltage drop and
discharge especially in damp weather. Clean the battery terminals and leads to remove
oxidation using a brass brush. Tighten the cable terminals well and grease them with terminal
grease or petroleum jelly.

2. 工作 50 小时后的保养（1500-2500m3）

（1) 进行前述保养。
（2) 检查泵送油缸和拉杆联接螺栓是否松动，
用扭力
扳手拧紧,拧紧力矩参照下表：
Check whether the screws of the pumping cylinder
and connection rods are loose; tighten them with a
torque wrench. Tightening torque according to table
below:

3.工作 100 小时后的保养（3500-5000m3

Operate before-mentioned maintenance.
（2) 检查眼镜板切割环磨损情况，必要时更换切割环。
Check the condition of the cutting ring and the spectacle plate. If necessary replace them
（3) 检查混凝土活塞磨损情况，必要时更换。
Check the status of worn concrete pistons. If necessary replace them.
（4) 检查液压油是否混入过多水分。每隔 20 天应将油箱底部带有漏斗状的底部螺塞拧开排水。排
水约 2-3 升后应拧紧螺塞。
Check whether hydraulic oil intermingles with overmuch water, every 20-day unscrew the plug
at the bottom of the oil tank and drain the condensation water about 2-3L, then fasten the plug.
（5) 检查润滑系统润滑泵并清洗，如有损坏，更换柱塞或密封。
Check whether the sealing of grease pump anddisplacementram is worn out, if necessary replace

（6) 检查润滑系统出口过滤装置并清洗，如有损坏，更换。
Check the filter element at the outlet of grease pump and clean it, if necessary replace it.
（7) 检查蓄电池，电解液面应高过蓄电池电极板以上
5-10mm。需要时可加注蒸馏水。加液后，要将发动机高
怠速运行至少 30 分钟为蓄电池充电。
注意！
某些免维护
蓄电池有专门的说明，必须遵照执行。
Check batteries, the electrolyte should be 5-10mm over
the plates in the battery. Top up using distilled water in
necessary. Charge the battery after topping up for at least
30 minutes by running the engine at fast idle. NOTE! Certain maintenance-free batteries have
special instructions, which must be followed.
注意！蓄电池电解液含有腐蚀性极强的硫酸。在搬运或充电时，要保护好你的皮肤和衣服。切
记佩戴防护眼镜和手套。如果电解液溅到皮肤上，应立即用大量清水和肥皂冲洗。如果电解液溅
入眼睛，要立即用大量清水冲洗并寻求医助，切勿延误。
ATTENTION: The batteries contain an extremely corrosive electrolyte. Protect your skin and
clothes when charging or handling batteries. Always use protective goggles and gloves
If battery electrolyte comes into contact with unprotected skin, wash off immediately using plenty of
water and soap. If battery acid comes into contact with the eyes, flush immediately with plenty of water
and obtain medical assistance without delay.

4. 工作 500 小时后的保养（15000-25000m3
）

（2) 检查 S 管及 S 管轴承位置磨损情况
Check the worn condition of S tube and S tube bearing.
（3) 检查搅拌轴、搅拌叶片、搅拌轴承磨损情况(上图)。
Check the worn condition of agitator, paddles and bearings. (Figure above)
（4) 检查液压油。必要时换新液压油，新加入的液压油必须使用本公司推荐牌号的液压油。一般
泵送 10000m3
混凝土应彻底更换一次油。
Check oil quality. If necessary, change it. Only permit filling the oil recommended by our company.
Generally after pumping concrete 10000 m3
~30000 m3
, change the hydraulic oil completely.
（5) 检查蓄能器气压是否足够，蓄能器充气压力 10-11MPa。
Check the pressure of the accumulator. The charged pressure of the accumulator is about 10-11MPa.
5.工作 750 小时后的保养 Maintenance after 750 hours operation.
（2) 检查混凝土缸的磨损情况，镀铬层磨损严重者应予更换。
Check the wear of the concrete cylinders. Replace it if the chrome plating is worn seriously.
（3) 全面调试泵机，各性能参数符合要求。
Test the whole machine; every parameter should be in accordance with requirement.

二. S 阀的调整及易损件更换 S TUBE ADJUSTING AND WORN PARTS REPLACING
1. 眼镜板与切割环间隙调整
Adjust the gap between spectacle plate and cutting ring.
泵机泵送 5000 m3
左右混凝土后，应注意检查眼镜板与切割环间的间隙，若超过 2mm，且
磨损均匀，则应考虑调整间隙。调整步骤如下：
After pumping concrete about 5000 m3
, check the gap between spectacle plate and cutting ring，if
the gap exceeds 2mm and the wear is uniform, it is
necessary to adjust as follow:
（1）关闭柴油机，切断总电源，释放蓄能器压力。
Shut down diesel, turn off power supply, release accumulator pressure
（2）将料斗、S 管阀清洗干净；
Clean the hopper and S tube
（3）卸下螺栓 3 和挡板 4；拧紧螺母 5，
将 S 管拉
向料斗后墙板，使切割环与眼睛板间间隙缩
小；调整好后，装好螺钉 3 和挡板 4。
Remove the bolt 3 and securing plate 4. Screw
the nuts 5, pull the s tube towards the back wall of
the hopper. In this way, the gap between spectacle
plate and cutting ring could be reduced. Fasten
bolts 3 and securing plate 4.
2. 切割环及眼镜板的更换 Replace spectacle plate and cutting ring.
如泵送混凝土时，出现严重的漏浆，而影响正常作业时，则应考虑更换切割环。
When delivery concrete, if serious slurry leakage results from worn parts affects the normal
operation, then change the cutting ring.
（1）切割环的更换 Replace cutting ring.
a) 关闭柴油机，切断总电源，释放蓄能器压力，取出料斗筛网。
Shut down diesel, turn off power supply, release accumulator pressure and take out the hopper

b)卸下螺栓和挡板后；将螺母松开 20mm，请不要松开太多，否则，S 管往后退时，S 管轴
套(出料口侧)会从轴承座中的防尘圈退出，
损坏密封件，
封不住沙浆，
影响 S 管的使用寿命。
Remove the bolt and securing plate, unscrew nut 20mm, do not loose the bolt too much,
otherwise, when move S tube backward, the sleeve (outlet side) of S tube will retreat from wiper.
That will damage the sealing, thus slurry would enter, so reduce the life of the S tube.
c)松开螺母，拆下出料口。
Unscrew the nuts, dismantle the connection flange of outlet.
d)将 S 管往出口方向撬。
使切割环和眼
镜板间的间隙达到 20mm 左右，取出切割环。
Move the S tube toward the outlet, when the gap between cutting ring and spectacle plate
reaches 20mm, then take out the cutting ring.

e) 检查所装橡胶弹簧是否磨损，若损坏，请同时更换。
Check the wear of the automatic ring. If necessary replace it at the same time.
f) 装上新切割环。
Assemble the new cutting ring.
（2）眼镜板的更换

a) 重复更换切割环工序。
Repeat above-mentioned steps.
b) 分别拧下眼镜板的全部安装螺栓。
Unscrew all fixing bolts of spectacle plate.

c) 稍微震动后即可将眼镜板取出。
Take out the spectacle plate.
d) 装上新眼镜板，并分别拧紧眼镜板安装
螺栓。
Install the new one, and fasten the fixing
bolts of spectacle plate.
3.混凝土活塞的更换 Replace the concrete pistons
当发现水箱中出现沙浆，则应检查混凝土活塞。若有损坏则必须更换混凝土活塞。
If sand is found in the water box, check the concrete piston, if they are worn and have to be replaced.
a) 更换前的准备工作：将泵送油缸速度调至每分钟 3-5 次，取下水箱盖及接近开关。
Preparation work: Adjust the speed of pumping cylinder to 3-5 times per minute, take off the
water box cover and proximity switch
b) 将需更换的混凝土活塞的泵送油缸的尾部的截止阀关闭（调节螺杆拧紧）
。
Switch off the shut-off valve at the end of hydraulic cylinder piston side, which connects with
the dismantled concrete piston (adjust the threaded rod for tightness).
c) 用点动开关将该活塞退到底，此时中间接杆，即处于水箱中。关闭发动机和电源总开关。
Move the piston nearly to the rear end position by inching, now the intermediate coupling must

be fully visible in the water tank. Turn off power supply and shut down engine.
d) 分别拧下连接螺栓与弹簧垫圈。
Unscrew and remove the fixing screws and spring washers.
e) 再拧下另一边的连接螺栓和弹簧垫圈。
Then remove the fixing screws and spring washers at another side
f) 取出中间接杆。
Remove the intermediate coupling.
g) 再接通总电源开关和启动柴油机，向前点动
泵送缸活塞杆，使活塞杆法兰与混凝土活塞对接。关闭柴油机和电源总开关，再用螺栓连接活
塞。

Turn on power supply and start the engine, let the piston rod move slowly by inching until it
touches the concrete piston. Turn off power switch and shut down engine; connect the piston rod
flange by means of bolt.
h) 接通电源总开关和启动柴油机，
然后再向后点动泵送缸活塞杆，
将混凝土活塞从混凝土缸
中拉出，松开螺栓，取出混凝土活塞。
Turn on power supply and start the engine, slowly move the piston rod backwards by inching
and withdraw the piston from the delivery cylinder, unscrew the bolts, take the concrete piston out
of the water box.
i) 将新混凝土活塞取代损坏的混凝土活塞，
在新活塞两唇之间应抹满黄油，
然后按上述相反
步骤将新活塞装好复原。
Replace the old piston with the new piston, apply a thick coat of grease between the two lips of
the new pistons, assemble the new piston according to the opposite steps above.
3.水箱盖上接近开关位置的调整 Adjust position of proximity switch on the cover of water box
该接近开关是控制主油缸和 S 管阀换向的元件，
调整原则：
接近开关与活塞法兰间隙在 2-3mm
之间，前后位置油缸行程最大，且不发生撞缸。
The proximity switch is used to change direction of pumping cylinder and S tube. Adjustment: The
gap between proximity switch and inductive bushing is 2-3 mm. proximity switch location could ensure
stroke of cylinder is maximal and have no shock at the end of cylinder.

（1）拆下蓄能器，置于工作台上，拧下防护
螺母 1(图 1)。
Dismantle accumulator, put it on the
workbench, and remove the protective nut 1.

Disassemble the nut 2 of gas valve. (Fig 2)
（3）松开充气阀 3，徐徐释放皮囊内气压，
并取下充气阀 3（图 3）

Unscrew the gas valve 3 and release gas
in the bladder slowly, and remove gas valve 3.

别逐个取出：一个挡圈 12，一个 O 形橡胶密封
圈 13，一个挡圈 14，一个半圆卡箍 15，一个橡

Put your hand into the shell, and take out
the following spare parts in turn, including a
supporting ring 12, O ring 13, supporting ring 14,
half round collar 15, sealing 16 and valve kits 9.

（10）将手伸入蓄能器壳体内，拉出皮囊 6,
进行皮囊 6 的更换(图 16)。
Put your hand into the shell, withdraw the
bladder 6 and change it. (Fig.16)
（11）装配时先将蓄能器内壳 5 清洗干净，在皮囊 6 外壳抹上液压油，然后装入皮囊 6 等，按
以上拆卸步骤，由后往前依次分别安装好各零件，并充分拧紧。
Before assembling, clean the inner shell 5 of accumulator first, and apply oil at the outer shell
of bladder, then assemble bladder 6, according to the dismantling steps above, assemble every spare
parts in turn, and fasten them for tight fit.
b.蓄能器的充氮方法 Charging gas for accumulator
蓄能器充气装置的连接： Connection for charging gas device
(1) 拧下蓄能器充气阀保护螺母，把充气工具带压力表的一端接氮气瓶，另一端接蓄能器。从
氮气瓶输入的氮气必须通过减压阀。
Unscrew the protective nut of the accumulator. Connect the end with manometer to the nitrogen
cylinder and the other end to the accumulator .The inputted nitrogen gas should pass though the
reducing valve firstly.
(2) 徐徐打开氮气瓶气阀，当压力表指示值达到规定值（10-11MPa）时，即关闭氮气瓶阀。保
持 20 分钟左右，看压力是否下跌。
Open the switch of the nitrogen cylinder slowly. When the value of the manometer reach
10-11MPa, close the switch immediately. Hold on for 20 min, notice whether the value decline.
(3) 拆开充气工具接蓄能器端之接头，卸下充气工具。
Dismantle the fitting connected with the accumulator. Remove the charging device.
(4) 拧紧蓄能器安全阀保护帽。
Fasten the protective nut of the safety valve on the accumulator.

注意！蓄能器充入的只能是氮气，充气压力必须按规定要求。
Attention: only charge nitrogen gas into the accumulator. The charging pressure must conform to the
requirement.

滤芯只能使用本公司提供的专用滤芯。
Only use the filter element appointed by our company.
（1）用柴油或其他清洗油清洗滤油器外壳。
Clean the shell of the filter with diesel fuel or other oil.
（2）在滤油器底部放一接油容器，以便回收滤油器内的液压油。
Place a container under the oil filter to collect oil in the oil filter.
（3）松开顶杆螺栓 4，过滤器单向阀自动关闭滤油器的进油口。
Screw down the bolt 4,the check valve of filter will automatically switch off the inlet of the
filter.
（4）松开端盖 3 上的大六角螺母，拆下过滤器总成端盖。
Loose the big hexagon nut on the lid 3,dismantle the lid of the filter.

（5）取出磁棒，用清洁稠布和汽油将磁棒清洗干净。
Take out the magnetic bar, clean it with silk and gasoline.
（6）检查滤芯及端盖 O 型密封圈，若损坏则应更换。滤芯的清洗应先放在汽油中浸泡一段时
间，再用压缩空气由外向里吹干，经 2-3 次清洗后在装机使用。纸质滤芯不得重复使用。
Check the filter element and the O ring in the lid.，replace them if damaged. Immerse the filter
element into gasoline for a while before cleans it. Blow compressed air into the filter from outer to inner.
After wash 2-3 times then assemble it. It’s not allowable to use paper filter element repeatedly.
（7）用清洁稠布把过滤器壳体擦洗干净。
Clean the shell of the filter with silk.
（8）按上述相反顺序装上滤芯。
即：
先放入滤芯，
再插入磁棒和螺杆，
装上过滤器端盖并拧紧。
用力向里推压螺杆并拧紧。
Assemble the filter element according to the opposite procedure. First, install the filter element
then the magnetic bar, bolt, assemble the lid of the filter and fasten it, push the bolt towards the inner of
the filter and screw down it.
三.液压油及润滑脂 HYDRAULIC OILAND GREASE
1. 液压油 hydraulic oil
液压油用量：油箱容积 500 升
The cubage of hydraulic oil: the cubage of the oil tank is 500L.
液压油牌号：推荐北方地区冬天使用埃索（ESSO）AW32（H32）抗磨液压油；
南方地区一般使用埃索（ESSO）AW46（H46）抗磨液压油；
当环境连续温度超过 34℃时，建议使用埃索（ESSO）AW68（H68）抗磨液压油；
当环境连续温度低于-15℃时，建议使用埃索（ESSO）22 号（H22）低温(低凝)优质抗磨液压油
Hydraulic oil recommendations:
（ESSO）AW32（H32）— winter application conditions in north of china
（ESSO）AW46（H46）— usually application conditions in south of china
if the ambient temperature exceeds 34℃, （ESSO）AW68（H68）is recommended to use.
if the ambient temperature is lower than -15℃, （ESSO）AW22（H22）is recommended to use.
埃索（ESSO）AW46 或 NUTO H46 抗磨液压油，性能指标见下表：

（1）本机应使用推荐牌号的液压油，不得使用其他牌号，更不能两种牌号混用。
Use the hydraulic oil recommended by our company. Do not use the other oil or mix oils of
different manufacturers.

（2）液压油温应控制在 35-60℃之间。
The temperature of the hydraulic oil should be controlled between 35-60℃.
（3）油位应处于油位计 3/4 以上。
The level of the hydraulic oil is above 3/4 of oil level indicator.
（4）油颜色应为透明带淡黄色，若污染、浑浊或乳化，就应该更换。
The oil quality should be primrose yellow and transparent ， if the oil is contaminated or
emulsified or muddy, the oil must be changed。
（5）液压油的质量对泵机的影响极大，一般在泵送 10000m3
左右应彻底换油一次，并清理油箱
和滤芯。
Hydraulic oil has great effect on the machine operation, generally after pumping 10000 m3
~30000 m3
, it’s necessary to change oil thorough, at the same time clean oil tank and filter elements.
2.润滑脂 grease
润滑脂：夏季用非极压型“OO”号半流体锂基润滑脂；冬季用非极压型“OOO”号半流体
锂基润滑脂。本机应使用推荐标号的润滑脂。
Grease: use non extreme-pressure type “OO” semi liquid lithium base grease in summer and non
extreme-pressure type “OOO” semi liquid lithium base grease in winter
Use the grease recommended by our company.
润滑油箱容积：15 升
The cubage of the grease tank: 15L
每个台班需用润滑油量：5 升 The cubage of the grease every work time: 5L
