Duties • Planned and administered physiotherapy treatment session for patients of join replacement, orthopaedic trauma, spine Injury, geriatric conditions and sports injury. • Conducted physical, psycho-social, and impairment-based assessments to determine required therapy for the patients. • Maintained responsiveness to achieve the goals as instructed for the patient by consultant. • Assessed each patient and developed an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames. • Prepared and reported clinical and progress summaries of the patients. • Recorded results of case history taking, assessment results, therapy plans, interventions, goals, and outcome measures. • Devised individual therapy plan and amended them based on patient’s performance, motivation, safety, and therapy outcomes. • Ensured safety and security of all patients, machines and equipment. • Achieved high standard, quality of the treatment and orientation of the policy and procedure for all staff and new staff as well. • Educated and trained patients and caregivers about self-management post-discharge to enhance health and function.
