Creative Directors. The aim of the programme is to give female senior creatives
the tools they need to really thrive in the creative industry.

Appendix 1 – About the trainers
Daniele Fiandaca
Daniele’s claim to fame is that he is the only
qualified accountant to have judged on the
D&AD Awards. Through his career is had held
the title of Finance Director, COO, CEO and
Head of Innovation and recently won his first
Gold at Cannes. He is also a seasoned trainer
having worked with Hyper Island for over 6
years.
Fura Johannesdottir
Fura is Group ECD at R/GA. She has worked on
a variety of projects throughout her career,
spanning everything from digital campaigns, to
complicated web/mobile design, services, retail
experiences and e-commerce. Her work has
won a number of awards and recognition,
placing her has one of the most lusted after
creatives by rival agencies in 2012.
Hilary Gallo
Hilary provides coaching to people dealing with
change. Hilary also specialises in helping a new
generation of leaders to communicate and lead
more effectively. He is also author of the book
‘The Power of Soft: How to get what you want
without being a ****’

Iain Tait
Iain Tait is currently at ECD at Wieden &
Kennedy, having returned to the UK after
stints at Goolge Creative Labs and Wieden &
Kennedy in the US. Iain is probably most
famous for the Old Spice Responses campaign
although he is now focusing his attention on
tackling the impact modern life is having on
creativity.
Lynne Parker
Award winning producer and entrepreneur
Lynne Parker created Funny Women in 2002,
now the leading community for female comedy
helping women to perform, write and do
business with humour.
Lynne talks, writes and runs workshops about
using humour in the workplace for boosting
confidence and self-esteem, team building and
improving diversity. She is a regular
contributor to Huffington Post and the
Guardian.
Richard Robinson
Richard is Managing Partner of Oystercatchers,
the industry-leading Management Consultancy
specialising in accelerating Marketing
Performance. Richard specialises in delivering
modern Marketing excellence through the
creation of disruptively positive models of
change.
Away from work Richard is a Brand Expert for
Channel 5 News, Director and Trustee of The
Ideas Foundation, a regular mentor for the
Marketing Academy, NABS 100 Club,
Magnificent Generation and is the first male
mentor for SheSays
