CEO/ Creative Director
Sampath has over 20 years of experience working on some of the biggest consumer
brands in the country including Brooke Bond, Saffola, L’oreal, Lakme, Thums up,
Garden and many others. He has worked in the creative departments of agencies
such as JWT, Enterprise, Ambience and Bates. He founded Paddy Field Creative 12
years ago and has handled clients like Times Of India, Blue- Star, Platinum Guild
International, Sheaffer’s, RMZ Corp, Golden Gate Properties and Sobha Builders.
Sampath is deeply involved in creating a new paradigm for brand building integrating
various aspects of communication including branding design, strategy, advertising,
digital and experiential design.
Shonali Shetty
Strategy Lead
Shonali Shetty is a creative strategist with experience across design, digital and brand
communication projects in India, USA and Europe.
Shonali’s experience varies from global brands such as Vodafone-India, Mastercard-
Europe, Zippo- America and Nespresso-Paris as well as more independent yet
challenging young brands like CouchSurfing-California, where she led the positioning
strategy and brand development work before the brand embarked on a new
corporate journey that raised $7.6mil in private investment from Benchmark Capital
and Omidyar network.
Most of her work has been on a wide variety of consumer brands, with a significant
experience in youth, technology, and niche products. In recent years she has been
inclined to develop the links between design and consumer engagement, specializing
in developing design briefs, brand positioning and design research.
Her international perspective and closeness to the global design sphere makes her
experience very relevant to the current glocal Indian consumer.
Ashish Sapre
Client Servicing Head
Advertising professional by choice. Loves the journey of brand building and is keen
on insights, people's behavior & culture. Strongly believes that advertising is a
reflection of the times. Has 14 years of experience around communication &
branding. Worked at agencies like Mudra, Leo Burnett and Network. Has exposure
working across categories like FMCG, Automotive, Real Estate, Liquor, Textile,
Furniture, Fashion, etc. Loves travelling, cooking, playing table tennis, cricket
& carom.
Pervez
Design Head
Pervez comes with 20 years of experience in advertising and design having worked
with Ambience, Leo Burnett, McCann and Orchard in advertising. And with Media
TransAsia, Siddharth Sen, Gopika Chowfla, Ray&Keshavan and Idiom in design. He has
lead design initiatives on some of the most admired brands in India including MTV,
Gillette, The Taj, Oberoi Hotels, The Park, Coca-Cola, Kingfisher and many more.
When he is not designing he is an avid traveller traversing the length and breadth of
the country on his trusted bullet or flying off to distance countries expressing himself
through his passion for traditional music and experiential theatre.
Asha Bansal
Operations Head
Asha is the harbinger of all that’s creative and her business development and
management skills are unparalleled. With over 16 years of experience in team
handling, brand management, operations and customer relationships, Asha's sales
skills have made companies like Bonanza Human Resource Solutions, Tally Solutions,
Vocational Academy, Infomedia 18, Interactive Manpower Solutions and Turning
Point Consultancy into what they are today. Most comfortable behind her four-wheel
drive, Asha's stress buster is her four legged furball - Jackie.
