Roles: In this position I am the project lead on the vendor management system project. In
addition I am leading the total cost of ownership project. I was also the IT Risk Management

Roles: My IT Business Partners were Connexion by Boeing and the Air Traffic Management
Business units with primary locations in Puget Sound, Washington DC, and Irvine CA. This

ACCOMPLISHMENTS BYCOMPETENCY:
 STRATEGIC THINKINGAND PLANNING- Provided leadership in developing an Integrated
Sourcing Strategy to Boeing IT leadership in support of the 2012 Long Range Business Plan
Process.
 LEAN-Led a team to improve the process of reporting global supplier benefits realized (savings
to Boeing IT) effort. Result is a more accurate and timely reporting structure.
 TEAMING- Led a Value Stream Mapping event to streamline our global sourcing supplier
performance reporting in regards to global suppliers performance reporting metrics. In addition,
I’m the primary interface to IT Business Operations Office.
 PROJECT MANAGEMENT- Lead in analyzing the Benefits Realized calculation for our global
suppliers performing software development statement of work for Boeing IT.
 COMPLEXPROBLEM SOLVING- Engaged with several IT infrastructure teams to gather IT
requirements and provide solutions to complex in country assets & tax issues.
 LEADERSHIP- Established and led the IT International governance board for our team within
Boeing IT.
