Roles: In this position I am the project lead on the vendor management system project. In
addition I am leading the total cost of ownership project. I was also the IT Risk Management
prime contact in 2014.

Roles: In this position my role was managing the IT sourcing governance board process within
our Boeing IT Global Sourcing Relationship Mgmt. organization. This included presenting to our

Service Delivery Management, Boeing IT/IT Infrastructure.
Roles: My IT Business Partners were Connexion by Boeing and the Air Traffic Management
Business units with primary locations in Puget Sound, Washington DC, and Irvine CA. This
included collecting IT requirements from those IT business partners and determining an IT
solution.
 Business and Planning Analyst 1999 -- 2001
Boeing Shared Services IT Finance. This was in support of world headquarters as a business
management analyst leading IT cost management activities.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Business Management. This was in support of retrofit
engineering and overhaul support. I worked with Continental Data Graphics on the illustrated
parts catalog (IPC) cost accounting methodology.

BCA Corporate Credit Office. This was performing risk ratio analysis for existing and potential
suppliers to Boeing.

BCA IT Finance. This was in support of BCA Information Systems performing cost accounting

ACCOMPLISHMENTS BYCOMPETENCY:
 STRATEGIC THINKINGAND PLANNING- Provided leadership in developing an Integrated
Sourcing Strategy to Boeing IT leadership in support of the 2012 Long Range Business Plan
Process.
 LEAN-Led a team to improve the process of reporting global supplier benefits realized (savings
to Boeing IT) effort. Result is a more accurate and timely reporting structure.
 TEAMING- Led a Value Stream Mapping event to streamline our global sourcing supplier
performance reporting in regards to global suppliers performance reporting metrics. In addition,
I’m the primary interface to IT Business Operations Office.
 PROJECT MANAGEMENT- Lead in analyzing the Benefits Realized calculation for our global
suppliers performing software development statement of work for Boeing IT.
 COMPLEXPROBLEM SOLVING- Engaged with several IT infrastructure teams to gather IT
requirements and provide solutions to complex in country assets & tax issues.
 LEADERSHIP- Established and led the IT International governance board for our team within
Boeing IT.
