Coperion launched new product lines, expanded facilities, acquired several companies, and attended major trade shows to kick off a busy year. Some highlights included the construction of a new Recycling Innovation Center in Germany, acquiring companies to expand recycling and food capabilities, and celebrating anniversaries of successful product lines. Coperion also showed innovative solutions for recycling and food processing at several industry events.
2. We launched our economical yet
reliable ProRate PLUS feeder line for
free-flowing bulk materials in plastic
processing applications.
3. With Anuga FoodTec and IFFA we
attended two big food trade shows in the
first half of the year, kicking off a very
busy trade show season.
4. We started the construction work of
our new Recycling Innovation Center,
our state-of-the-art test center, in
Niederbiegen, Germany.
5. Coperion launched its new ZS-B MEGAfeed side
feeder. Plastic recyclate with bulk densities starting as
low as 20 kg/m , long considered intake-limited and
thus not worth recycling, can now be reliably fed in
large quantities into the ZSK twin screw extruder.

8. Coperion completed the acquisition
of Herbold Meckesheim. Jointly, we
are now able to deliver complete
recycling systems.
9. Cellforce Group GmbH – a joint venture
between Porsche AG and CUSTOMCELLS
Holding GmbH - will be using Coperion's
ZSK Mc twin screw extruders.

at Powtech in Nuremberg, Germany.

11. At K 2022, Coperion presented its newest
developments for plastics and recycling
applications at two booths - our main
booth and our recycling pavilion.
12. Hillenbrand, Coperion's parent company,
completed the acquisition of LINXIS Group.
LINXIS and Coperion now form, together
with Gabler, the new Food, Health &
Nutrition Division.
13. We showed our innovative process
solutions for trending topics, such as
plant-based proteins and recycling at
PackExpo in Chicago, IL, USA.
14. After three years, we hosted the 10
Food Extrusion Seminar at Coperion's
headquarter in Stuttgart, Germany.

successfully completed the acquisition of
Peerless. Peerless will also be part of
Coperion's new Food, Health & Nutrition
Division.
