Overview of Communication Rules.
In this topic, you will be learning some Key Rules used in sentences and
grammars. It is necessary and helpful to develop your skills and speak
correct English fluently. You also will be learning on how to Avoid Common
Mistakes in our conversations and many more.
Rule. Second person always come first followed by “ I ” .
[Do not use “me” or “myself” . ]
 I and David went for a movie on Sunday. [This is Incorrect Sentence. ]
 David and me went for a movie on Sunday. [This is Incorrect Sentence. ]
 David and myself went for a movie on Sunday. [This is also Incorrect Sentence. ]
 David and I went for a movie on Sunday. [This is Correct Sentence.]
Note. This rule will teach us to avoid confusion among many sentences.
It will also help us to improve fluency and correctness of communication.
 Common Mistakes in Sentences.
 Can you please repeat again ? [Incorrect sentence.]
 Can you please repeat ? [Correct sentence.]
 I will SMS you tomorrow. [Incorrect sentence.]
 I will send you an SMS tomorrow. [Correct sentence.]
 You are smarter than me. [Incorrect sentence.]
 You are smarter than I. [Correct sentence.]
Note. This will help us to speak English correctly. We also won’t be
offended by others who knows the correct sentences.
Overview of Pronunciation Technique.
In this topic, you will be learning some TECHNIQUES for better pronunciations.
You will also be learning and practicing AW sounds, VE Rules, Stretching Rules,
Intonations, American Liaisons and Syllables words. This will help you to
pronounce correctly and eliminate Mother Tongue Influence and First Language
Influence.
Note. The pronunciation topic has been shared by a gentleman having many years
of experience on voice processing. We are sharing some techniques for helping
folks to practice in a very easiest and unique way to improve the pronunciation.
 Alphabet ‘a' individual in a sentence is always pronounced as “aw”.
 I want to buy a car.
 I got a phone call yesterday.
 Any name of the place end with land is always pronounced as "lend".
 Thailand [The Pronunciation is Thai-lend.]
 Switzerland [The Pronunciation is Switzer-lend.]
 Intonations.
Apologize. [Pronounced as, Aw-paw-lo-Jize. ]
Buffet. [Pronounced as, Boo-fay. ]
Responsibility. [Pronounced as, Ris-ponsibility. ]
 Syllable Practices.
• Capability. [Pronounced as k-pay-bility. ]
You have the capability of doing this job well.
• Directions. [ Pronounced as D-rec-tions. ]
The government is taking a new direction.
• Parents. [Pronounced as pay-rents]
My parents are going to Tirupathi next week.

You will be Learning some KEY POINTS that will help to develop your
interpersonal skills. The key points are Body Language, Greeting, First
Impression, Confident Management, Overcome Shyness, Public Speaking
Tips, Soft Skills attitude development etc.

 Don't slouch. [Sitting or Standing in a lazy manner.]
 Legs in number 11 position.
 Display a Smile and many more.
 How to Greet the Audience ?
 Good Morning to Everyone. (This is inappropriate sentence.)
Here 'to' is not required in this sentence.
 Good Morning Everyone (This is appropriate sentence.)
Overview of Interview Tips.
You will be Learning some IMPORTANT FEATURES to improve Interview Skills
like Effective Self Introduction, JAM topics, Group Discussion, Practice on general
interview questions in a structured way etc.
 Always use “My Name is” or “I am” in self introduction. Don’t use “This is”
or “Myself”.
 This is David John. [This is incorrect sentence. ]
 Myself David John. [This is incorrect sentence. ]
 My Name is David John. [This is correct sentence. ]
 I am David John. [This is correct sentence. ]
 Avoid using “the month of”, “the year of” in any of the months OR years
used in sentences.
 I have completed my Master Degree in the month of May. [Incorrect
Sentence. ]
Here 'the month of' is not required as April itself is a month. ]
 I have completed my Master Degree in May. [Correct Sentence. ]
Overview of Email Writing Strategies.
You will be Learning some important STRATEGIES on Effective Email Writing
like Email Structure, Common Mistakes, Managing Inbox and some important
points. Also follow and practice some sample emails for the references.
 Email Structure.

 Signature
 Common Mistake.
 Change the topic without changing the Subject. This makes lots of confusion
to the recipients to know the actual purpose of the email.
 Important Points to know
 Difference between Thanks and Thank You.
 Difference between Said and Told.
Overview of Tense and Essential Grammar.
You will be Learning about the THREE tenses and their FOUR forms along with
Tenses Table Chat and Rule to remember all the tenses easily. You will also learn
Essential Grammars such as Noun, Pronoun, Verbs, Prepositions, Helping Verbs,
Use of Articles, Use of Temporal and many more.
 Overview of Present Tense and it’s 4 forms.
Simple Present. Verb 1st form, with helping verbs Do and Does.
Example. She goes to School everyday.
Present Continuous. Verb 1st form, add ing with Is, Am and Are.
Example. I am going to America for office work.
Present Perfect. Verb 3rd form, with helping verb has and have.
Example. I have come to New Delhi.
Present Perfect Continuous. Verb 1st form, add ing with has been, have been.
Example. I have been writing this answer since 30 minutes.
 Overview of Grammar.
Noun. Its a name of the Person, Place, Animal, Thing, idea, feeling etc.
Example: Ram is a good boy.
Ram is noun in this sentence.
Pronoun. Something which take place of noun.
Example: He is a good boy.
He is pronoun in this sentence.
Verb. Verb is an action.
Example: Run, Come, Go, Eat, Sit, Read etc.

[This is Incorrect Sentence. ]  David and me went for a movie on Sunday. [This is Incorrect Sentence. ]  David and myself went for a movie on Sunday. [This is also Incorrect Sentence. ]  David and I went for a movie on Sunday. [This is Correct Sentence.] Note. This rule will teach us to avoid confusion among many sentences. It will also help us to improve fluency and correctness of communication.
  • 5.  Common Mistakes in Sentences.  Can you please repeat again ? [Incorrect sentence.]  Can you please repeat ? [Correct sentence.]  I will SMS you tomorrow. [Incorrect sentence.]  I will send you an SMS tomorrow. [Correct sentence.]  You are smarter than me. [Incorrect sentence.]  You are smarter than I. [Correct sentence.] Note. This will help us to speak English correctly. We also won’t be offended by others who knows the correct sentences.
  • 6. Overview of Pronunciation Technique. In this topic, you will be learning some TECHNIQUES for better pronunciations. You will also be learning and practicing AW sounds, VE Rules, Stretching Rules, Intonations, American Liaisons and Syllables words. This will help you to pronounce correctly and eliminate Mother Tongue Influence and First Language Influence. Note. The pronunciation topic has been shared by a gentleman having many years of experience on voice processing.   • 7.  Intonations. Apologize. [Pronounced as, Aw-paw-lo-Jize. ] Buffet. [Pronounced as, Boo-fay. ] Responsibility. [Pronounced as, Ris-ponsibility. ]  Syllable Practices. • Capability. [Pronounced as k-pay-bility. ] You have the capability of doing this job well. • Directions. [ Pronounced as D-rec-tions. ] The government is taking a new direction. • Parents. [Pronounced as pay-rents] My parents are going to Tirupathi next week.

The key points are Body Language, Greeting, First Impression, Confident Management, Overcome Shyness, Public Speaking Tips, Soft Skills attitude development etc. Example:  How to stand Professionally ?  Don't slouch. [Sitting or Standing in a lazy manner.]  Legs in number 11 position.  Display a Smile and many more.  How to Greet the Audience ?  Good Morning to Everyone. (This is inappropriate sentence.) Here 'to' is not required in this sentence.  Good Morning Everyone (This is appropriate sentence.)

You will be Learning some IMPORTANT FEATURES to improve Interview Skills like Effective Self Introduction, JAM topics, Group Discussion, Practice on general interview questions in a structured way etc.  Always use “My Name is” or “I am” in self introduction. Don’t use “This is” or “Myself”.  This is David John. [This is incorrect sentence. ]  Myself David John. [This is incorrect sentence. ]  My Name is David John. [This is correct sentence. ]  I am David John. [This is correct sentence. ]  Avoid using “the month of”, “the year of” in any of the months OR years used in sentences.  I have completed my Master Degree in the month of May. [Incorrect Sentence. ] Here 'the month of' is not required as April itself is a month. ]  I have completed my Master Degree in May. [Correct Sentence. ]
  • 10. Overview of Email Writing Strategies. You will be Learning some important STRATEGIES on Effective Email Writing like Email Structure, Common Mistakes, Managing Inbox and some important points. Also follow and practice some sample emails for the references.  Email Structure.  Audience  Subjects  Message  Attachment  Signature  Common Mistake.  Change the topic without changing the Subject. This makes lots of confusion to the recipients to know the actual purpose of the email.  Important Points to know  Difference between Thanks and Thank You.  Difference between Said and Told.
  • 11. Overview of Tense and Essential Grammar. You will be Learning about the THREE tenses and their FOUR forms along with Tenses Table Chat and Rule to remember all the tenses easily. You will also learn Essential Grammars such as Noun, Pronoun, Verbs, Prepositions, Helping Verbs, Use of Articles, Use of Temporal and many more.  Overview of Present Tense and it’s 4 forms. Simple Present. Verb 1st form, with helping verbs Do and Does. Example. She goes to School everyday. Present Continuous. Verb 1st form, add ing with Is, Am and Are. Example. Verb 1st form, add ing with has been, have been. Example. I have been writing this answer since 30 minutes.
  • 12.  Overview of Grammar. Noun. Its a name of the Person, Place, Animal, Thing, idea, feeling etc. Example: Ram is a good boy. Ram is noun in this sentence. Pronoun. Something which take place of noun. Example: He is a good boy. He is pronoun in this sentence. Verb. Verb is an action. Example: Run, Come, Go, Eat, Sit, Read etc.
