Realestate Realtors, established in February 2004, has excelled in leasing of

PAN – India Basis. The company comprises a team of dedicated and competent

Preparation of mutually agreed lease deed in b/n both parties
Payment of security deposit (part/full) to Lessor at LOI/ lease deed
Start of Lessor’s scope of work
Handing over possession of site to Lessee for start of its rent free fit out period
Payment of rent by Lessee at expiry of rent free period
